I just vomited, and I have to let people know that this restaurant may have a FOOD SAFETY issue.
The only foods that I had today were a fish and chicken sandwich from this place at noon. Then I started feeling uncomfortable around 3 PM and threw up badly just now. Everything I vomited was the food with unhealthy oil and cheese. I won’t attach the photos to make other readers feel uncomfortable, but I definitely kept all the evidence. I will report this issue to the county health department.
Again, be careful! I can’t believe I even brought my baby to this place, and thank god she didn’t eat anything.

Drove through Arby’s and straight home (5 min). Roast beef sandwich was ok but curly fries were cold, and jamocha shake was so weak I thought I was given 2 vanilla shakes. When I tasted it, I had to imagine that the flavor was really there (tho it didnt taste like a vanilla shake either). Drive through person acted as though it was a perfect shake when I mentioned how light the color was.

I stopped in for lunch today, but unfortunately had a very poor experience. Upon entering, I witnessed what appeared to be a heated verbal altercation between the shift manager and another female employee. The exchange was loud, disruptive, and unprofessional—occurring in clear view and earshot of customers. During this incident, no staff members came to the counter to take orders or assist patrons. The atmosphere was not only disorganized but deeply toxic.
From a customer service standpoint, this was unacceptable. If ownership or corporate management is unaware of the current working conditions at this location, they need to step in immediately before more loyal customers are driven away. Based on today’s experience, I cannot in good faith recommend this location.

This is the first time I’ve given 5 stars in all 3 categories and I’m proud to do so.
I’m in town for the afternoon and decided to stop for lunch on my way back to the big city. DT was getting busy as I walked inside and the crew only consisted of the manager on duty and one other employee.
The duo was getting hammered and still managed to get my meal fast, fresh and accurate as I made a change to an item that could have been incorrect in all of the chaos. Lucky for the M.O.D, another employee came to work and things died down.
Both were calm, professional and knew exactly how to handle a busy rush.

Ordered beef gyros. Completely cold. Not it was sitting for a while and it wasn’t hot anymore, or it’s a little lukewarm, but it was completely cold as in it was never heated up. Wasn’t a busy time either. Will not return to this location.

I sat in the drive through for 6 min waiting for someone to take my order, said hello multiple times. Noone took my order. I drove away but there was a lady in the drive through area inside. Maybe their speaker is broken? definitely not a quick stop place for “fast food”. I guess only go here if you have time to waste. Not the 1st time this has happened or else I wouldn’t leave a bad review. I just want to eat arbys.

Got 2 of the same orders and they weren’t that busy, first one perfect came with cheese and everything but the second one which was the same order as the first came with no cheese and all meat. I mean the sandwiches are good don’t get me wrong but just meat and bread is not as good and not as flavorful.
