This was probably the best Jersey Mike’s experience ever! From the moment I walked in, the whole crew was upbeat, friendly, and hustling like a well-oiled sandwich-making machine. You can tell they take real pride in what they do — every sub was made perfectly, and the vibe was just awesome.
And honestly, the only thing better than the subs is the vibe — I half expected Danny DeVito himself to pop out from behind the counter yelling, “Now that’s a sub!” This team deserves an award for making sandwich-making feel like a full-blown production. Absolute legends!

Literally bottom tier Jersey Mikes.. I’ve gone to many different stores in the north side and this one does not compare in the slightest. Always dirty, workers are slow and my sandwich is always made rushed and skimpy. My order was supposed to be ready by 6:52, walked in at 6:55 and the ONE worker in the front had not even began making my sandwich yet. He took walk in orders and began on those first. Definitely making the drive to the north side and never coming back to this store again. For the prices going up you would expect the quality and service to get better as well but this store is a complete disaster.

We stopped by for the first time because we needed a quick lunch and my wife has a gluten allergy. Not all Jersey Mike’s are created equal, and this location (which only opened in April) is a cut above the rest. We had a small snafu as the toppings preparer used a shared spread for mayonnaise, but the order taker immediately corrected it, and we were on our way. The cashier was super friendly and helped me use a finicky virtual gift card successfully. The sub was made generously, but it is the service and the feel of the restaurant that will bring me back. Some balloons that say 2025 and simple plastic table cloths made it feel oddly elegant and homey all at the same time. I loves their saying on the wall! Thanks N. Riverside Jersey Mike’s. I was very disappointed with my 1st and only visit. The worker seemed annoyed and unwelcoming, and the entire place felt very dirty. This made the experience uncomfortable.

It’s a real shame that this location is so consistently bad. Whether it’s making the wrong sandwich more than half of the time or acknowledging you for an online order pickup and then forgetting about you, the reason you came in can’t make up for it.
My household has ordered pickup at this location via their app 14 times in the last six month so we *really* gave it a lot of opportunities. We feel like we’ve won the lottery when the order is ready anywhere near on time, all of the items are in the order and the sandwiches are what we ordered. We’re not talking about putting lettuce on a sandwich when we asked not to. We’re talking about an entirely different sandwich or sandwiches being made in at least half of the orders. If you don’t want to obnoxiously untape the bag and unwrap your sandwiches in store just to then rewrap them and then leave without finding wrong food when you get home, just avoid this location.

Edit: I submitted this review after getting a refund and leaving last night as I’d been waiting in store again for 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. I’d been acknowledged and told the order would be ready shortly and then clearly forgotten as our food was never started.
Today, Jania, an assistant manager called me about the experience. Presumably she had my information from the online order and was calling because it had been refunded. I appreciate that there was follow-up and that Jania offered to make it right by replacing our order. I’m updating my rating but only by a bit. If this location can improve their consistency without customer’s needing to request a refund, I’ll gladly update my review again. I’d love nothing more than for this location to provide the same experience most Jersey Mike’s we’ve been to do.

Inside was clean and welcoming. Staff seemed busy but nice. Waited a bit for my order, a little longer than somewhere like Potbelly. Philly cheese steak was delicious, meat was fresh and cheese melty. Overall a good experience, will be coming back.

The man who took my order was incredibly friendly! He offered me multiple different choices of good sandwiches, gave me a wonderful first time experience, and the sandwich that i ate was so delicious! Everyone else was as amazing as well, fun atmosphere and greeted with a smile. 10/10 would recommend the original italian!!

Ordered the new Hot Italian and received this travesty. Cheese was missing as well as other toppings. The staff refused to make it right.

I have a gluten free allergy, and when I asked for gluten free bread, they immediately cleaned down all the machines, got a special knife, made sure my bread never touched the same surface other sandwiches did, and washed/gloved up their hands while making it. 10/10 and will be back!
