Went in to pick up some mac & cheese with extra sauce. Wait time wasn’t bad but when I got to my car, I decided to eat the mac & cheese instead of driving away, which I’m happy about because that’s when I noticed that there were scallions in my mac & cheese. I didn’t think I’d have to specify that I have an Onion allergy when picking up plain mac & cheese, but I guess I do. I’m glad I didn’t drive away or else it would’ve been a waste of money. When I went back inside, the lady at the counter, took her time and was not apologetic over the issue. She couldn’t care less. When I went back to my car and started eating my mac & cheese, I then saw after almost finishing my bowl, a white hair in it. I wanted to throw up. Really, I shouldn’t be surprised since one of the ladies who were handling the food did not have a hair net on or hat whatsoever. Really, none of them could’ve cared less. I spent 11 bucks on something that now makes me wanna throw up and am finding that whatever new recipe they have for their mac & cheese is making it overly salty. Anyway, I’m never coming here again. McDonald’s would’ve been a better option.

I stopped in a little over an hour before they closed. I got the crispy chicken bacon pasta alfredo. It was not good. That chicken had been around for a whiiiiiiile. It was pretty hard, the noodles were cold, there was no bacon. The staff was pleasant at least, but the girl that took my order was mopping while my order was being prepared. She went to put it in a bag when it was ready and added some utensils. She did not wash her hands between mopping and getting my order together which is pretty gross. We all know that mop has been in the bathroom. I did not use those utensils. I’m not going to eat there again. After two bites I threw it away, which is the same as throwing 15 plus dollars away.

Butter parmesean noodles with shrimp. Not bland not bad. They’ve yet give me a bowl of soggy noodles. For that. I love em. The noodles are constantly consistent. Perfect to say it any other way. I’ve eaten there more times than I can count im a rewards member and my order never deviates. Butter noodles and shrimp small drink orange sugar free fanta and a chocolate chip cookie while a wait. I love when they bring the utensils along with a nice and wide bowl of my favorite dish. Your number 14 sir. Lol. Get in my belly. I crush it in a matter of minutes. Spices and cheese are always on point. Good job guys. Ritchie Hwy. Store by the way.

The worse, food was nasty and the place is old and dirty, several wobbly tables. Needs to be updated and cleaned. Potstickers were cold. Chicken parmesan very over cooked and Japanese noodles withe steak was very dried out. Expensive for what it is-$23 a person and it was suppose to $9.99 Duo special. Charge extra for everything and small portions. Cashier was helpful. Server was not happy to be there. Don’t bother going, there are better options.

Was very empty, food took a long time, then we received our orders in the to go containers, so the portions were smaller than should have been and were not hot. Staff was fairly disengaged and I’m sure this contributed to our food production and delivery.

I don’t leave reviews but I had to for this one because WHAT? I paid $15.75 for a Caesar salad with extra protein and this is what I got. The lettuce was brown, I got 1 protein instead of 2 (that was an additional charge of $4.50 that I am out) and the salad was barely filled. You would think you would get a full bowl at that price but nope! At least they got the no croutons part right. I also left a $4.00 tip on the mobile order. Crazy thing is I just got this salad last week and it was PACKED to the point that I couldn’t finish it. The inconsistency is enough to make this my final Noodle and Company order!

I visited noodles & company 10/18/25 @ 7:22pm. The young lady who took my order was awesome. I a picky eater, so order was taken with care. I ordered Japanese Pan noodles. My fish was totally awesome and with extra special stuff. My meal was perfect!

I’m rating two stars because of the lack of attention and service, as well as inconsistency with my order. My daughter’s kids meal was brought out without her sides: broccoli and Rice Krispie treat. It took them more than 15 minutes to finally bring out 7 or 8 florets. By that time she had already finished her already tiny meal. I can’t complain about the Pad Thai I had, though. Nonetheless, never again will I be leaving a tip for a service that I now know I cannot expect.

Great place for a filling noodle meal. Interesting pepper dip for the dumplings. Not bad, but not the best I’ve had. They have protein options and just noodle options.

When you pay $14.20 for a grilled chicken salad and pay extra for avocado, this is not what you expect. Rotting avocado dark greyish black in my salad. Not to mention wilted spinach (paid extra) and broccoli with uncleaned stalk. Terrible garbage salad given the price.
