I don’t know anything about Tim’s story a few days ago, but I went there about 1230 am last night to deliver a load of pallets that had a 5 am delivery appointment. Everyone was fully clothed and extremely professional. I was empty about 1am which took a half hour. Great experience like all the Jack L’s I’ve been to.

Second, why do you place an order on product when you don’t have a room for it? Making an appointment? My appointment was 3 pm I got here at 2 so now it’s 6:46 and they only took 2 pallets from my trailer… my next pick up is gone. Doctor appointment is gone because I won’t make it back home now. Unbelievable! irresponsible ppl…why refrigerating facilities so disrespectful to truckers? I drove flatbed, dry van and no problem you in and out in 2-3 hours top, and it’s everywhere, but man… here…. 5 hours and not even a half…

Got there at 10 pm for next morning appointment. They gave me a door at midnight and unload me in 3 hours. Stayed at their yard till morning no problem. A lot of room to back up. They have sign for entrance. Had fresh beef.

People are super nice here and easy backing… but pack a lunch. Don’t expect to get in and out with bulk large totes of beef. It’s like they take off one at a time every 30 minutes. Day early and arrived 10:45 am. It’s 1400. Didn’t get a door til 1145 ish.

My appointment was set for 09/17 @ 0600 called and ask if they would take it a day early and they said yes, arrived @ 0800 on 09/16. A little confusing when you pull in because the door says shipping and receiving, no one there, waited 15 min before someone came and told me to check in at door 1 on the other side of the building. Took 3.5 hours to unload, I guess chicken has to be inspected before they will take the product off.

Absolute disgrace. Had an 8am appointment showed up. They tell me we don’t have any room. Your going to have to wait until after 7pm. Took the load because I was 4.5 hrs away from home for the weekend. I hope they like detention because I got 11 hrs to bill for.

Was called a lier 2xs by reciever and yard jockey they were upset because I caught them having fun in the office with there clothes off from the waist down. Now I don’t hold judgment let’s call them Bob and rob. But they got scared when I opened the door I didn’t say anything just went back to my truck hoping they would hurry up so I could get loaded. Well I’m still here after 4 hours I can only assume there affair is alive and well in my trailer. Be careful guys alot of cameras around.
