Barely got any fries in the large size I ordered. My boyfriend and I usually share. I tried to talk to the guy who handed us our food and he shut the sliding window in a haste. Another guy saw that I was attempting to talk to them but dismissed us, so we drove off. No additional details to add as this is how our experience played out. Won’t be coming back to this location as this isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with this one.

HORRIBLE!!!!! They didn’t receive my online order because apparently the system was down. They said my charge went to some third party system and I pretty much have to deal with it on my own. They messed up and I got nothing for it. Instead I’m out $21 and now I have to make a bank statement to try and get my money back. Do not go here. Horrible service. Horrible communication. Not happy.

This is my first impresion with one star! Please change working hours on google! (I go last night at 9.20 pm and i see from car chairs placed on tables, Arby’s was closing… check your working hours!)

I guess one of the best places to get a good sandwich is Arby’s! Tried the turkey gyro (pronounced yee-ro) recently and have to say, it’s not that impressive. Don’t know about the other ones but that was just okay. Moving on, the loaded curly fries are a must have! The mint chocolate shake was also pretty darn good! Finally, the burgers to try here would be the tangy chicken and the Swiss bacon!..all in all, great staff and nice atmosphere! Arby’s is seriously a cut above the standard fast food restaurant!

The Deluxe Burger was amazing!! Large beef patry, special sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cheese, and pickles. The flavors were great!! A tad messy but so filling and good! The medium crinkle cut fries were fresh and super hot. Great though too! I’ve loved the deli sandwiches and gyros in the past when I’ve gotten them too. This is a new fav!

I have to agree coming from a different country and getting used to the fast food culture is super difficult but Arby’s made it simple for me. It’s for sure my favorite fast food restaurant. I go here very often. The staff are friendly and the food is something else. This particular Kenwood location is my personal favorite. They have great deals and great food!! Bon Appetit!!!!
