Th general manager with no teeth is the rudest person I’ve ever met in the fast food industry , I got charged for my order and never received a refund or food. I’m from Edwardsville and will never to back to this location. She even tried to get me trespassed after yelling at me lol

Walked in and literally no one was there. My husband and I kept ringing the bell, calling out, no one. After about 6-7 minutes my husband peeked his head into the back to see if someone was there, only for the dude working to come out of the convenient store next door and say he could call the police for my husband sticking his head in.

Staff 2 people at this location. The reason I don’t use this location all the time is because I know the poor lonely one person working behind the counter is getting their ass whooped the whole time by working by themself. It takes too long so I buy subs elsewhere. It’s not the person workings fault. It’s the store owners fault. Think of how each person or truck driver that comes in thinks when they know this is not a quick option and how much buisness you loose because of your buisness choices. Your shop may be not pulling enough income for you to staff this location because people don’t want to wait 30 min for their subs. The people work their butt off here so its not their fault. Sad that you count on one underpaid person to keep the doors open. Just my opinion.

Like usual, 1 person on staff moving with the speed of a tired snail. Waited 20+ mins in line and the worker managed 3 sandwiches in that time and was by himself. We left and went to another sandwiche place, they had 9+ on staff and was lightning fast.

Really needed a quick stop for fuel and food and this place was at the next exit. Nice restaurant, nice bathrooms, quick service, wasn’t busy for dinner. Just one guy working but he handled everything going on. Typical Subway sandwich, nothing to complain about.
