Horrible old greasy and old old food and terrible. I should report this location to the health department. It’s absolutely filthy disgusting especially the restroom area. Employees do not care what you ask for and I asked repeatedly for our food to be made fresh ….it was disgusting and not edible. We had to throw it out the window on the way back to the mine to unload Frac sand. I have sent emails to corporate because they won’t even answer the phone at this location. It’s the worst Wendy’s in the USA ……do not go here because you are going to get food so old and nasty it should have been thrown out in the dumpster and they simply don’t give a damn about doing their jobs correct.

Stopped on the road to pick up something to eat. Usually Wendy’s is a safe go-to when wanting something good and quick. However, this specific location with the specific person who took order and ones who cooked it failed to deliver. The person who took the order was rude and rushing my family and I, and even after being specific and getting the order repeated back, she i put it incorrectly and gave me an extra burger and charged it. We were in a rush so I didn’t bother checking the receipt or cost. Upon receiving the order I noticed right away that the fries were heavily salted (i could not eat them) and I proceeded to take a bite out of my burger to which I instantly regretted. I appreciate freshly made food but the chicken was scorching hot and burned half of my tongue badly. That first bite I took released either a bunch of boiling oil or boiling juices from the chicken. It has been about 3-4 hrs now and I still cant sense my tongue well. I was Very hungry so even though I burned so badly, I waited a bit and then took a second and last bite because now it turned out the chicken was slightly undercooked. The texture seemed semi-rough and tendon-like, similar as to when things are undercooked and it also looked slightly pink. I quickly spit it out to not risk salmonella.
I usually dont leave reviews, but this was a terrible experience. I recommend you to check your cooks (let the chicken cook well atleast if you will be serving it dangerously boiling) and educate people who take the orders.
This could have been another case to “sue” if it was a child who got this burnt, as the burn would have been way worse on someone younger.

They did it EXACTLY as I asked and it was hot and delicious. No waiting forever for it either!!!

What’s the purpose for DT? I order on the mobile app and every single time I go through DT it mainly during breakfast and lunch they are always parking the Dat line. Finally I asked why? I told I order on the app because I have a short lunch and I expect my order ready the DT person told me “well we have a timer and we are told to park everyone so the timer can be low.” Ok I get the timer but I also used to work at this same Wendy’s. I worked there when it was first opened that’s right I’m a Vet! Anyways. I told her you know when I worked here and we had timer we weren’t allowed to park unless we were literally holding on fresh product which would usually be from a lunch rush or switching over from breakfast to lunch. But the best way to beat the time is Have everything ready and learn your time peaks as too shelf life and timing! They food is always good and rarely do they mess up on my order but there service sucks!

Traveling through Cotulla, TX and we stopped here for lunch. Food was not that hot, chili was cold. Took it back to see if they could warm it up more but they could not. We had to warm it up at the convenience store next door. Unfriendly service. No smiling people working here! Food was terrible!

I love Wendy’s and my kids love Wendy’s but this particular one really struggles. We went through the drive thru and asked for NO Mayo on all but one sandwich. The very nice lady even repeated it back. Well, I think they gave us EXTRA Mayo! Evenhanded Mayo on it. This is just an example. Every time we go to this location they get something wrong. If I catch it while I’m there they will fix it but I’m usually already home. The staff is always friendly though.

The manager named Lucy and her crew did a super job preparing a large order for two bus loads of students at almost closing time! Most other fast food places usually get frustrated with such a big order and would prefer to close early just to avoid the extra work. As I watched them work,they showed great communication with each other to fill the large order. Very professional leadership and nice attention to customer service ,
