brutally honest
If you are craving steak, the only option left on the menu for you is a frozen NY Strip which was not bad for a truck stop restaurant, did the job. It costs $24 incl taxes for those that were wondering. They should bring back the serloin, so more truckers can afford it. The mashed were ok, pass on the green beans(they ran out of brokoli). If you are hungry after a long day of work, this will not fill you up. For that price they should have made the portions bigger. Cheers. There is a NY strip and eggs for like $21 fyi.

The chicken quesadilla which was huge, it was not skimpy at all, it will really fill you up….

I also ordered the steak dinner to take with me to my truck, I got it well done I got broccoli and fruit. The fruit was really fresh, the kiwi was so sweet .

My meal cost was $45.44 with tax. I tipped $15.06

Wow! What a pleasant surprise!! We found this ‘new’ place for us from an internet search! Great food, service and we could have table conversation without yelling! Great food and waitress was A-1!! We’ll go back again. One ordered breakfast; the rest ordered dinner.

The staff will try to get you what you want. Even if not on the menu. You want a hot ham, and cheese sandwich no problem. If you want a classic fish sandwich and chips, no problem. If you want a milkshake you get one. I like eating here very much.

Missed these original restaurants. Makes me sad when i dont see one where it used to be. It’s a rarity for truck drivers to sit and eat but this is the closest to home cooking i would ever need. Cmon boss open them back up !
