If you’re ever passing through Rushville, IN, do yourself a favor and stop at Rosita’s Pancake House. We ordered the Mexican Burrito and French Toast with strawberry topping—and both were absolutely incredible. The flavors were fresh and comforting, the portions generous, and the presentation felt straight from a home kitchen.
What really made the visit memorable was the service. Our server, Maria, was polite, attentive, and genuinely kind—checking on us at just the right moments and making sure we had everything we needed. It’s the kind of breakfast spot that feels like a local secret: warm, welcoming, and well worth a detour. Five stars all the way!

Great breakfast! The staff was friendly and our server attentive! Food was excellent and hot when it was brought to the table. I had the biscuit and gravy platter which included potatoes, choice of bacon or sausage (links or patties) 1 biscuit with gravy and 2 eggs. The Mrs. Chose the spinach eggs Benedict which cane with a side (she had the heaping bowl of fresh fruit, which isnt shown). Her eggs were cooked correctly, english muffin was toasted just right and the sauce was tasty! Prices were reasonable, and portions were just right. We will be back!

I got the Breaded Tenderloin, you can tell that they are handmade. It was pounded out not to thin, but just enough to have a good bite. The breading was crispy and the veggies were fresh. Came with a side order of crisp hot fries and a drink all for a little over $12. Collin was my server and did a great job. Service was fast and the facility was very clean. Had the Ranchero Skillet and it was seriously so good!!! Everything was hot and fresh off the grill! Food came out quick! The jalapeños freshly diced and eggs were perfect (I requested over easy). Presentation was excellent and not a crumb was left. The coffee was fresh with great flavor and nice options for the kiddos as well. Our server was very sweet and managed our table well.

Freshly prepared food, filling, and delicious. The place is kept clean. They serve breakfast and lunch. Dining room temperature was fine. Music playing was country oldies. According to the Yelp decal on the door, this place is woman-owned. Keep up the good work, ladies!

Breakfast was just ok. Scrabbled eggs were not fluffy or seasoned, just rubber and plain. The french toast was great. Fresh fruit cup was just bland. Bacon was super thin and cheap.

Clean and neat. Breakfast was great! The portions were average to slightly above average. We had the biscuits/gravy with home fries and eggs on top. The price was a little cheaper than other places. We will definitely return.
