1/24/26-A meeting I was attending had this place cater. I really enjoyed the potato salad and after the meeting walked over to buy some potato salad and some cup cakes to take home. When I got there the worker said that they do not sell the potato salad, and that you can only get it through the catered lunch. So I walked out entirely empty handed and they missed out on a larger sale. If you have a good product you should offer it. I know that the business will come back with reasons why they don’t offer it on their normal menu, but if you lure people in with a product and then won’t sell it to them they will leave like I did. I also noticed that they leave nasty responses to people that leave bad reviews that are condescending and/or passive agressive. This place does not understand customer service and does not care about customer experience. I would recommend avoiding them, not because of the food quality but because of their lack of care about the customer.

Cute and cozy little cafe that has some of the most delicious Asian-French pastries in Colorado! I love Banh & Butter, they rotate their drink and pastry flavors that make you want to get one of each! I always grab an egg sandwich, but you have to make sure to eat it right away, so the croissant doesn’t get soggy, I add pickled daikon and lettuce to it, and it’s my go-to breakfast. They also carry other treats from local small businesses and help support the community by doing food drives. I like their ube foam cold brew too. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area!

My wife and I had breakfast at BAHN & BUTTER BAKERY CAFE at 9am on a Tuesday morning.
This simple no BS bakery was everything we needed. We ordered cold brew coffee, a roast chicken bahn mi, a ham and egg breakfast croissant sandwich, and an almond croissant, all of which were phenomenal. If I lived near Denver I would eat here all the time. That was probably the best chicken Bahn Mi I’ve ever had. Bonus points for having a big viewing window into the kitchen & using their walls to help artists & photographers sell their work. We spent $47.93 including tip.
This place is dope.

If heavens real, I think I have found it. This place is absolutely amazing. I’ve never really been a “dessert-guy” until finding this gem in my neighborhood. The pastries are so beautifully crafted and these amazing looks are matched and exceeded by how absolutely delicious everything is. I’m addicted.

Easily one of the best banh mi’s in Denver. The bread is what separates this option from the others. It’s crispy, chewy, and fresh which when combined with the pickled vegetables and other toppings makes for a fantastic sandwich.
In addition to their banh mi, the baked goods are amazing. Our favorite so far has been the crème brûlée croissant.
Seating is a bit limited, but we’ve never been unable to get a table. Parking is easy via street parking or a lot out back. The interior aesthetic is modern and comfortable. Can’t wait to keep trying more of the menu and treats.

Cute bakery with sandwiches. Crepe cake was a standout, but everything we tried was good. They have whole cakes that would be great for a special occasion!

Nice bakery in an area along E Colfax with a number of interesting murals on the buildings. The pastries are very good especially the ham & cheese croissant and the raspberry danish. Some of the pastries are quite artistic. In addition, they have good bahn mi sandwiches. The coffee is okay.
Service was fast, friendly and informative. The space itself has nice seating and art on the walls for sale some of which was interesting.
There is a parking lot behind the store with an entrance off the lot.

The staff is so sweet and friendly. They take the time to get to know you, make suggestions and clearly love their jobs. Best croissants I’ve ever had and I’m not a pastry gal but I love them. The Vietnamese iced coffee is strong and is my favorite. My children love the cupcakes and the layer cake is demanded for every special occasion, especially the UBE. We also love the Thai iced tea cupcakes and cake in a cup.
What makes this place even better? The owner actively participates in bettering the community by donating to non profits and spending time supporting causes important to her.

The cutest and most amazing little banh mi sandwich Shop !!! They support local businesses too! You can buy plants and art from local people!
Their sandwiches are packed with flavor! The owner comes from Vietnamese FOOD ROYALTY because she is (one of) the daughters of the original Saigon Denver restaurant! Even better, her sister owns the restaurant next door, so it’s the absolute best of both worlds! I can’t wait to come back here! The pastries are absolutely DELICIOUS too!

This place absolutely bangs. Their roast pork sandwich is exemplary and is definitely one of my favorite sandwiches in
Denver. I recently had one of their croissant salmon breakfast sandwiches as a treat to myself on my birthday and adored it. I haven’t had ALL of their pastries, but every one I’ve had is a banger. Banh and Butter does NOT miss.
Ham, Egg & Cheese Croissant Sandwich
– $11.50 pre tax/tip
– Croissant is perfect, love that it is everything seasoned. We arrived about 10 minutes after we were notified that the food was ready, so the croissant had definitely steamed, but I actually think this was an advantage to the sandwich.
– Fried egg/ham/cheese all very nice and egg has some character to it
– Standout for me was the aioli which I thought did a great job filling in any flavor gaps
– No sausage or bacon options (I think) which is fine but I would def prefer sausage or bacon to ham
– Overall: 8.5/10, would have been even better if I had taken home and applied hot sauce to it
