6 am and shortly after no body is in the parking lot and the store isn’t opening? Hours say 6 am. when they finally did show up, they told me I had to wait 20 minutes because they got there late. Lady had a bad attitude as if I was ruining her morning.

Person making my Texas Double Whopper needs fired, two inch stem on a jalapeño found in the burger. Bottom bun was soggy, to the point it was more of a gooey mess than a burger bun.

Burger swimming in mayo, burger was still pink in the center. Chicken Wrap was skimpy on the chicken; when I opened the wrap the pre-made chicken patty was clearly cut in two pieces so on chicken piece could be used for 2 wraps.
Service was fine but slow.
The soft drink station had clearly not been cleaned up for an extended period of time.

Food was average. The employee taking our dine in order couldn’t understand simple things. He appeared to be preoccupied. When we went to sit down, every table was not cleaned. We were one of two parties there. Not sure why the staff has to be so loud in the back but even the on duty manager was equally loud.

Jesus christ. How old are the meats they are putting in their sandwiches. I had a double whopper and 2 chicken sandwiches and damn the meat in the burger actually stank so i threw it away. Chicken meat in chicken sandwiches was old as hell. I was hungry as hell after driving for 11 hrs today and just made muself somehow eat one of 2 chicken sandwiches. I hope i will not get sick tonight!

I stopped at the drive thru at Burger King in Clinton, Mo. Sunday afternoon around 2:20 pm. There were already 3 vehicles waiting in line they had already paid. There were no cars at the order screen. I pulled up and was asked if I could wait a minute before placing my order. After about 7 minutes, another vehicle pulled up to the other screen. And they were asked to hold their order for a minute. After I’d been sitting there about 12 to 15 minutes. The person inside running the drive-thru asked the other car that got there after me what they wanted to order. So when I got to the pay window I asked the individual. Why did you take their order before you took mine and I had been sitting there for almost 10 minutes waiting well I made a mistake but it’ll be okay. No it won’t. You need to learn from this lesson he goes. Yeah I realized after I started taking their order I should have done yours first. He asked me if I wanted some mini cinnamon rolls or a chocolate shake or something that I told him no. Just please learn from your lesson. After I paid I still set in the line. Waiting for my food for about another 15 minutes. They said they were understaffed. They were slow. I get it. I understand but don’t call yourself fast food when it took over 30 minutes to order and receive my food.

My husband stopped to by to get my lunch. We live 30 miles away. He ordered a Whopper Combo. Assuming that the order was correct as it was a simple order, he did not check it. When I opened it, I could not eat it. I don’t know what it was, but it was definitely not a Whopper. It had two patties with bacon and cheese on an orange bun with black seeds. I touched my lip after handling it and my lip burned and swelled a bit. I also ordered a diet coke and again, I’m not sure what it was, but it was flat, bitter water. As much money as they charge, one would think they would have some way to ensure you get what you pay for. I know for sure I will not eat there again.

Brandy that took our order in the drive through and helped us at the window was the absolute sweetest and kindest lady I have came across in a very long time! You can tell she enjoys her job. She took the time to chat with us and ask us how our day was and to see if we were just traveling through. She even took the time out of her day to write a very sweet message on our to go bag! This Burger King is hands down the best one I have been to in a very long time! Wish we were just traveling through. BRANDY IF YOU SEE THIS! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS!
