As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I have tried to order food twice ever from here. The first time they cancemd my order because they close in 30 minutes and didnt want to dirty their grill again. This time I onky my got three fries and was missing three burgers and an order of the funnel cake fries. I have tried to call several times but no one ever answers. This company doesn’t even try to take care of their customers.

I recently visited and of course I thought my food was gonna be spectacular but when she came out within 2 minutes I knew something. Cheese wasn’t melted on burger and not enough bacon to be a Baconzilla. Please do better, this burger is almost $10. I expect way more, of course

I went through the drive through so I can’t say what it was like inside. The lady who helped me was friendly and understanding when I took time ordering for the first time and asking questions. The funnel cake fries were amazing. We also got fries, chicken bites, fish sandwich and a cheeseburger that were all average. They boast their seasoned fries but they didn’t wow us as expected. Lol. It’s nowhere near my town but if it was I would probably try them again.

Normally my experiences are great here. But not on my most recent visit. If the manager wants to get mad and attempt to get attitudes dont want to work or be nice to there customers then they should not be a manager. You should be more professional not tell me what your not dealing with today. If you place an online order and your machine is messed up and your arguing with me about my order that I placed online. You need to tell your store owner to fix the problem and not take it out on the customers. I couldn’t get her name no name tag but she made it known. That she was the manager. She needs to find somewhere to work who will deal with her issues and problems. She maybe having because bad customer service can hurt a business.The food was made fresh and it was hot. Thank to the lady in the back cooking and the young man who handed me my food was very nice!

I do not leave many reviews for places but I really love the Checkers in Jackson, TN! The food is always fresh and good, and the girl who works the drive-thru window and calls me “friend” when she greets me literally makes my whole day. She’s so polite, always smiling, and has such a positive attitude. Her smile is infectious! I love coming here for her alone!
