This place is great. Had the fish dinner special on Friday night. Absolutely no complaints. All you can eat salad bar was a perfect starter. Staff was super friendly. Fast service. Definitely coming back!

Great customer service!! Ham steak was so tender. Roast beef was so juicy and fell right off the fork! Grilled cheese was, so well, cheesy. One of the best things was the homemade chips. And the pies were delicious! Cant wait to go again!!

Fish fry was over-cooked. It was a strange batter and way too crunchy for cod. Not impressed with food or high prices. When ordering the menu said 4 pcs, but only got 3 pcs. When asked about it they changed it after I ordered. I won’t be returning.

Not sure what I was expecting when I ordered the rib tips, but it does not explain that they are deep fried. Grossly over fried, burnt on all ends, crisp and crunch where you’d expect soft meat. Mashed potatoes were watery and felt like slime in my mouth. Roast beef dinner had off flavor, like it was old meat that had been sitting for some serious time. Very disappointed. Food has been slowly going downhill.

The food was good, 4 Star, the price great! The service was fabulous, my server Dakota did a fantastic job, plenty of coffee whenever I needed it. The atmosphere was Local Family restaurant, pretty much what you’d expect, clean and nice, but needs new floors. Pretty big menu too, many items looked good. I had the deluxe omelette and I added a side of bacon. I give a 4.5 if I could.

Iced tea had clearly been sitting for a while because almost all of the ice was melted. The Brute Burger was average but the curds were really good. Staff had no knowledge of the history of the place which was disappointing.

The place was busy at 8:30 on Sunday morning. Our orders were up quickly and the food was good. The biscuits and gravy were on special and I had it topped with over easy eggs. I’d stop here anytime.

Fridays they serve cod, catfish, and shrimp with salad bar. I was very pleased with the variety offered, and the Sicilian Tuna Soup was delicious! Lots of chunks of yummy tuna, and fresh vegetables! And, as a side bonus– the waitresses Sarah and Stephanie were very cheerful, and made the atmosphere very upbeat. I will definitely come back again. See you next friday!
