Have been a regular here for a while now, absolutely fantastic service and the food is phenomenal and consistent no matter what we order. We have our favorite regular servers and they are all usually so wonderful and prompt and general staff. Occasionally we have had who I presume to be a new server, so we are patient then, but otherwise we absolutely love our New Day Cafe here in Gleneagle!

We are a film crew and had we came in last minute and asked the owners if we could film.
Arturo and his staff were very accommodating and helpful! They allowed us to come in and film for our show. They were so friendly. After that we ate lunch there and the food was so satisfying. I travel very often for work and eating out all the time can be frustrating. The food here was just like home cooking. My meal was warm and tasty. They were able to accommodate an 11 person crew on short notice. I will definitely be coming back here!

I love this spot! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the staff is always friendly, and you can tell everyone really cares. The food is delicious, the coffee is so good I’ve even shipped the beans to my mom in another state, and they have killer Bloody Marys. A local favorite for a reason. Always happy to support a family run small business.

The first two times I got food here it was fair. No complaints beyond the coffee being horrible. But this time the side of fruit had several moldy blueberries, and my husband’s avocado was old and had black spots. When I brought these issues to our waitress’ attention she did not apologize on behalf of the restaurant. I lost confidence in their fresh food so requested home fries instead. She brought hashbrowns. By then I’d lost my appetite completely. She did give us about three dollars off our bill.

Food was good !! The waffle was crispy and light. Biscuits and gravy were delicious! So many choices of coffees both with and without alcohol. Yum! HOWEVER service was SLOW. We were ignored at the front for too long and those that were seated after us received drinks and food before us.

First time visit today. Quickly seated and waitress brought coffee and water then took my order. Never seen her again! Waited fifteen minutes and still no food or more coffee. Another waitress brought my food and apologized. It was cold. I seen original waitress talking with a couple at a far away table for quite some time. Couldn’t get her attention. Decided to leave payment and leave. No so great experience and won’t be back.

We had a wonderful experience at New Day Cafe. Our server Hannah was a delight. She was very attentive to detail and was wonderful with the kids. Food service was fast and the food delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

The crepes looked great and tasted delicious. Considering how good they were, I thought the price quite fair. The coffee is also definitely above average. Service was timely and welcoming. The atmosphere is simple but stands out for cleanliness. I am very happy to recommend the cafe and particularly this location.
