We just tried Slice Shack by Mary’s in Sonoma, and it was absolutely delicious! The kids had cheese slices, and we went with pepperoni—both were perfect, hot, and flavorful. We were starving, and these slices totally hit the spot. While we were eating, we noticed they also offer homemade meatballs, soup, and salads, all of which looked amazing.

Swung by to grab a slice to enjoy with some wine from the cheese factory next door. Absolutely delicious pizza at a great price. The variety of slice options was nice and the fact you can build your own is a treat for the picky eaters. The staff was so friendly and service was quick. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll gladly grab another slice to enjoy.

Food was great, Tony was beyond excellent in service and hospitality. Came in with our 7 month old and he asked us if it would be ok to get him a bit of soft serve, his first ice cream ever.

There were still 2 fresh slices on display when I ordered . Guy who took my order opened a cupboard underneath and took a slice from there, then heated it up. It didn’t taste as good as the one my boy was still eating. I think he gave me an older one. Guy didn’t crack one smile throughout the exchange either. He looked like a high school kid with baseball cap. I won’t go back there. Sonoma one.

Slice Shack by Mary’s looks like is a express version of the adjacent sit down pizza place. We stopped in for a quick bite while walking around the main town square in Sonoma. The slice we had was ok… it wasn’t fresh so it needed to be reheated and it was a bit hard. Also thought the Buffalo flavour could have been toned down a bit to enjoy the pizza more. Would come back to have a fresh pizza as a whole as I think it would be great.

It’s just a store front for ice cream and slices. The service was good. The pizza itself was solid but nothing particularly memorable. The cheese and pepperoni slice was greasy but had a good crisp. The flavor of the crust doesn’t stand out for me and overall the slice was borderline on the bland side.

While the pizza at this place was good I rated it so low because the service was horrible. We were forgotten at our table. I suggest the Toto’s combo, it’s basically a home cooked play on supreme pizza. Oh, and order a large if you’re a party of more than 2. The medium is a little smaller than expected but perfect for a lunch before a big dinner.
