I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brown Rice Thai Cuisine, and while the food was fantastic, the drink menu truly stood out. They offer a well-crafted mix of traditional Thai beverages and inventive cocktails—each one full of flavor and beautifully presented.
The Thai iced tea was rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet, with that classic orange color and subtle spice. It’s a comforting favorite, and theirs was one of the best I’ve had.
The Thai coffee was equally impressive—bold, slightly sweet, and incredibly smooth. It had that deep, robust flavor that coffee lovers will appreciate.
The star of the night for me was the coffee espresso martini. It was the perfect combination of strong espresso and smooth spirits, with a lightly sweet finish and a refined, slightly bitter edge. Sophisticated, energizing, and delicious.
I also tried the blueberry martini, which was bright, refreshing, and just the right amount of fruity. It had a clean finish and was beautifully presented—fun, flavorful, and easy to enjoy.
Overall, Brown Rice Thai Cuisine delivers not just incredible food but also a drink menu that goes above and beyond. Whether you’re after bold coffee, smooth cocktails, or something unique, you’ll find something to love.

Spacious, contemporary dining room and separate bar area. We ordered two a coconut curry chicken and crispy chicken basil for lunch — both were outstanding, well prepared and flavorful. My wife (who returned from a trip to Bangkok and other places in Thailand) remarked that the food was even better here than in Thailand! Lunch portions were ample and good value.

Really tasty, very spicy noodles. I got the pad thai with the glass noodles and my wife got another noodle dish with beef. We forgot what it was called! But the food was delicious and the service was speedy once we placed our order. 4 stars for the service because it took the waiter a bit of time to actually take our order after we sat down.

I love this restaurant. The food is delicious. The interior of the restaurant is classy and clean. You can see into the kitchen which is nice. However, I only did 3 stars because I scheduled an order ahead of time several hours in advance for a specific pick up time and had to wait 35 minutes after the pickup time. Meanwhile, dine-in customers were coming in and getting their orders before me and dashers were coming in and walking right out. Very frustrating.

Great Thai place overall, I appreciate the modern ambience and variety of menu. Food was delicious, my only suggestion is less salt at least for the spicy Fiery Pad Thai. Apps and curry was perfect. I was pretty thirsty an hour later. I would definitely come back and try the rest of the menu and specials.

Brown Rice Thai Cuisine keeps proving they’re the undisputed champions of West Boylston. We absolutely love this place and the incredible team who runs it. I had the Khao Soi today and it was mind-blowing, the kind of bowl that makes you rethink the life choices that led you to ever eat anything else. Amanda ordered her go-to firey Pad Thai, which is basically her love language at this point.
We didn’t have cocktails today because it was lunch and we were pretending to be responsible adults, but their drinks are usually fantastic with a surprisingly great selection. And honestly, it might be the most beautiful restaurant in West Boylston. The interior is stunning and their Christmas decor is a full 10 out of 10.
If you haven’t been, fix your life and go. Perfect every time.

Very good Thai food! Appetizers (spring rolls and shumai) were excellent. Rama duck was good and very generous portions. The dining room and the bathroom were sparkling clean.

Really enjoyed this spot, the crunchy rolls were so good and they came out piping hot. The chicken satay was a little undercooked and not what I’m used to but still okay. The basil fried rice was to die for and I added chicken and it was amazing. Will definitely be here again. This place has room to grow and I’m looking forward to the come up.

Definitely one of the best local Thai places around, probably the best we’ve been to. Food was very good and the presentation was fantastic. I ask our server Jaa (great server) how long they’d been around because sometimes new places get fancy and then start to slip as time goes on but nope, 3 years still going strong.
