I recommend the huevo con chorizo (eggs with chorizo sausage) breakfast platter because it is authentic and delicious. I find myself craving it often. I always get that with a side of crema and queso (sour cream and cheese). It doesn’t come with it, but it costs about $2 to $3 more. They are able to adjust sides and ingredients. For example, the eggs and chorizo sausage are mixed with green bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions. I asked to omit the onions, and they had no problem doing so. The servers are kind and attentive. They also have a bakery and other lunch and dinner menu items. If you are looking for a taste of true Salvadoran food, this is the spot. Parking is not the best, especially when it’s busy, but you can park by Walgreens and walk up to the place. They have two entrances: one is for the bakery, and the other is where the front cashier and the kitchen are located. Overall, I love this place so much!

First off this is my first time eating at this place and I can assure you that you should go elsewhere.
To start off we ordered the sopa de res and ordered a side of yuca for carry out. When we got home we were stunned by how undercooked the meat was. The meat of the soup was red and when we called to get a refund they had the audacity to say that the meat was completely cooked and that the reasoning to why it was red is due to the seasoning.
As you can see in the picture the meat is obviously not cooked and this is a safety hazard for them to deny. Someone can get food poisoning and they wouldn’t even care.
Posting as an awareness because this was a horrible experience to deal with and will never go back to eat there.

I’ve been here a few times and while it’s isn’t the best it’s been decent in the past. This night I went in with a couple friends for dinner. They split an order of steak fajitas and I ordered a quesadilla de res and an order of fries. Their order came out, everything they got looked delicious. My quesadillas came out like 10-15 minutes later and the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. My fries came out a few minutes after that and they were really not that good, although I did eat half of them just because I was starving. They looked weird like darker than a normal fry but not burnt, and had a strange aftertaste to them but that maybe just be my taste buds. Overall not really impressed with the service or the food.

This place charged me twice because they said the first time didn’t go through, came to find out my bank messaged about the double payment. I tried to dispute it with the restaurant and owner and people who work at the restaurant refused to refund it. Even after showing them the transaction and investigation letter from my bank. They stated they won’t be responsible for reimbursing me and to take to the bank. This makes me feel that they have done this before and that stealing!!! And FRAUD!!! So please if you, DO NOT let them run your card twice!!! check your bank app before to see if the payment went through! So disappointing!!!

They double charged, first time credit card ran the card they said it didn’t go through u til the second time. Bank statement was shown to them and they still said they wouldn’t give us our money back. Last was very rude. The pupusas barely any meat, small amount of chicharon y yuca. Never will I come back here!
