A very very homestyle Peruvian restaurant. It’s as if my family were to open a restaurant at our home, which is exactly what this family did. Bringing in culinary experience from deep routed ethnic areas of Peru, this restaurant highlights the beauty of homemade cuisine. All the dishes and desserts tasted and looked just like how my family and I would prepare at home. It goes without saying that this is very authentic homestyle Peruvian food. While it may not be the best that I have tried, I believe that many people can enjoy the freshness and authentic flavors that can be tasted here. As a Peruvian myself, I can attest to the authenticity. In my opinion, improvements in the level of flavor could elevate this restaurant into a much more prominent Peruvian restaurant on my list. Given the limited resources for cooking Peruvian food, this restaurant holds on its own. It deserves love from the locals to keep providing you authentic Peruvian food without having to fly hundreds of miles to Peru. Regardless, I would recommend this restaurant to most people looking to eat Peruvian food, especially homemade.
Arroz Chaufa de Pollo 6/10- Nice wok hay flavor but underwhelming flavors from the other ingredients like the soy sauce and sesame oil. It is very authentically made, but not the best. I was also not satisfied with the portion.
Lomo Saltado 6/10 – Not the best, but like previously mentioned, very homemade. The portion was really small and not juicy enough. The steak itself also lacked a stronger flavor like the many other lomo saltados I have tried.
Salchipapas 8/10 – Very tasty Peruvian street food option. Salchipapas is not the most filling or healthy, but always delicious. I love the deep flavor from the sausage they used and the variety of homemade sauces that came with it. Definitely a good choice for the kiddos.
Estofado de res 7/10 – Very authentic taste and extremely homemade. You don’t really find this dish offered in many Peruvian restaurants, so definitely try it if you have not before. I think that it could have been better since the flavors were not really so prominent. The flavors from the herbs were too faint and definitely needed more salt. The sauce from the meat is supposed to have a rich wine-like flavor, which was lacking from this dish.
Ceviche mixto 5/10 – Unfortunately, was quite disappointing since the breading on the fried seafood was absolutely bland and the ceviche broth was not so flavorful either. The fish tasted fairly fresh at least.

This restaurant was awesome! Me and my family are Peruvian and were amazed by the authentic and tasty cuisine. The waiter was super understanding of dietary restrictions, and the veggie tallarán saltado entree is vegan (many of the other side dishes are vegan friendly as well). I also enjoyed the fresh salad, yucca fries and fried plantains. Lastly just wanted to mention the customer service, everyone working here was super friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Small cozy Peruvian restaurant. Yummy food and great service. The food came out very quick it was little pricey for the amount of food you get but overall good. Being Peruvian myself it’s hard to find a good Peruvian restaurant. So if you are in the area go check them out

We’ve visited La Casita twice, and both times it blew us away. The service is warm, friendly, and welcoming, but the real star is the food.
The ceviche is crisp, fresh, and bright — the perfect starter with just the right balance of lime, onions, and a hint of chili. Every bite bursts with flavor.
For our main, the Lomo Saltado is perfection: tender strips of beef stir-fried with sweet onions and juicy tomatoes in a savory soy-vinegar sauce, served with fluffy rice and crispy fries that soak up every bit of flavor. It’s hearty, comforting, and cooked to order with care.
We washed it all down with a classic Coke in a glass bottle, which was the perfect nostalgic touch to an already exceptional meal.
We actually live about an hour away, but La Casita is worth every minute of the drive. Fresh, flavorful, authentic, and cooked with pride — this is Peruvian food done right. Highly recommend!

It was my first time visiting this place, and I was excited because I had only tried Ceviche before. The Ceviche was good. I ordered Lomo Saltado with chicken—you can choose either beef or chicken. The food took a long time to come out. It was way too salty for me, so I couldn’t finish it. My friend ordered Tallarines Verdes with beef. The noodles were good, but the meat was also too salty. The dessert wasn’t overly sweet, which I liked. The restaurant isn’t very big, but there’s a large table that can seat more than ten people. The owner and staff were very friendly and worked with great energy.

Have been trying to try out La Casita Peruvian Restaurant for over 3yrs now. While driving back north, we were able to make it before closing yesterday, where the staff was nothing but hospitable and gracious. Dining here reminded us of what Peruvian Food really is! Had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Iris (chef) and her husband who was managing the front of the house. Food was served quickly and flavorful
