Got our blizzard in cold November weather and it was literally liquid. They never turned it upside down. Pure liquid ice cream. Called the store to inform them of the issue and was told that’s normal because they put hot fudge in it. Guess we won’t be back to this location because melted ice cream soup is acceptable?

Weekend service was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a Dairy Queen. We go during the week coming home from gymnastics, and order the same thing. 2 for 5 sundaes, a snickers blizzard, and 2 for 5 cheeseburgers.
On Friday evening, I was told there was an 0.89 cent charge for the sundaes. Three days earlier, this was not the case. I told the cashier this and they didn’t have an answer.
When I was handed my food. The sundaes were not in bags, or a holder, and the blizzard didn’t even have a lid on it. It did have a spoon… which is the first time that’s ever happened.
The portions I paid 0.89 cents extra for were pathetic. I don’t think we will be visiting this location again on the weekend.

We had such a great experience here with our kids. Jonas was working, and gave us some of the best customer service I have seen. Thanks for being a great example of a hard and friendly worker for my kids to see. Great job! Ice cream was fantastic.

This place is pretty much a cluster… Lots of staff, slow service and long waits. Dirty restaurant. Not sure what the problem is, but I’d look for another location if you are craving DQ.

The employees really need to learn how to mix a blizzard. I’m tired of spending a fortune on ice cream only to get halfway through eating it when I realize it’s not fully mixed.

We are regulars here (drive-thru). We order the same blizzard(s) most every time and we usually tip. What is going on?! Now, consistently, there are barely any heath pieces or chocolate in the heath blizzards (at least 1/2 comes out plain vanilla soft serve or it’s all at the top). Lately, too, we pay for a large but get the quantity of mediums. Not to mention this DQ is higher priced than the ones a bit down to road. Called (but at a likely busy time so no answer after 4-5 rings). The people are nice enough but just tired of not getting what we’re paying for.

Was in town for a couple graduatikns, and i have to say. The store was very clean, the staff was very friendly, even though our group was louder and had energetic children. The food was all correct, and tasted as it should. Definitely a better experience than other Dairy Queen’s.

Have been a couple times in the last three months. I was served raw chicken tenders. The other time I ordered a burger with only meat cheese and lettuce. I instead got ketchup and mustard. Very disappointing because who doesn’t love a blizzard.
