I ordered a half dozen donuts and customized my selection. I picked up my order at the drive though and did not check the box till I got to work. 3 of the six selected donuts were NOT what I had chosen and not even duplicates of what had been ordered that they had in stock. I got stuck with 3 donuts that I had explicitely EXCLUDED from my original selection. Very unhappy and will not be ordering more than 1 donut at a time if I am using the drive through again.

I have never been more upset in my life. I ordered ahead and people who ordered after me were getting their orders. So I asked to confirm that they had gotten my order and the guy working was very rude. It took him 20 minutes to make my drink and 40 to make my avacado toast. Not only did it take forever, but it was made completely wrong. He put bacon on it. I am a vegetarian and found out when I got to school and I couldn’t do anything about it. He was very rude and didn’t do his job right. If I had the workers name I would share. So if a manager is reading this, it was the employee working morning Jan 9.

We popped in on a whim for a couple hot coffees and a pack of munchkins. Very quick service. Lone gal working the drive through and walk in customers like ourselves. She definitely deserves some recognition for a job well done juggling all the business we saw in the 15 minutes we were there.

Visited this location for the first time today and was really unimpressed. It looked like there was one employee working and he seemed very overwhelmed. After pulling up to the drive thru window, he came over and verbally confirmed my food order with me three separate times, so I was surprised when I got home and saw that I somehow still received the completely wrong order! Lol My cold brew tasted good but was only 3/4 full when I received it.
Employee was friendly but it’s clear based on my experience and the other reviews that management needs to invest in training their employees better. Will probably avoid this location in the future.

Just ordered 2 doughnuts, 2 dozen doughnut holes, a coffee, and a breakfast sandwich, and the only thing that ended up correct was my breakfast sandwich and the holes. I received the wrong doughnuts, they didn’t make the coffee correctly, and the vanilla long johns were glazed warm so the frosting slid right off. I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times, and they still didn’t put it together correctly. I agree with other reviews that the service is lacking. I hope they get their stuff together.

Nice donut selection with some seasonal theme which the kids loved. Spider donuts was creative. Service was ok but not over the top. I was openly talking out loud stating things I wasn’t sure of and the person behind the counter just waited quietly not saying a word until I asked her the question directly. Otherwise she chatted with her co worker, in another language which to me seems rude. Almost like they are talking about me or my kids and don’t want us to know. Place was clean and simple inside.

We stopped in for an ice cream cone. It took a while to communicate our order (just one regular come with two different ice creams). Very expensive (almost $7), but the worst part was the coconut ice cream was filled with ice cubes. My girlfriend was eating it and picked several out. I can verify they were in deed ice cubs. Never going to to this place.

Ordered a cake from Baskin Robbins online. Said it would take 48 hours. When I called to make sure cake was ready for pick up they didnt have the order. Basically I had no cake for a birthday party. Owner didn’t apologize. Said he would call back and never did. I had to call him and then jump through hoops to prove I had placed an order. Offered to get cake next day with no refund. Cake did not look like the picture at all. I ordered the Zombie Unicorn cake. It looked like an episode of “Nailed it”. Do not order cakes from this location. I have never been so disappointed with customer service as I have here. If I could give a Zero I would.
