Fantastic experience. The cheesesteak is one of, if not the best in PA. The cheesesteak is huge, flavorful and the roll is spectacular. My second favorite item was the mozzarella stick, they’re insane – huge, cheesy, you can taste the seasoning. The average mozzarella stick you would get anywhere else is small and probably frozen meanwhile at Berardi Bros they are homemade and HUGE. The vodka square pizza was great, you can tell it is homemade vodka sauce, very creamy. The truffle fries were tasty and the consistency of the fries were great, zero soggy fries. The chicken tenders (cutlets) were good a little on the dry side but the homemade creamy buffalo sauce was a nice touch. Ultimately, I was very happy with my first experience and plan to return soon. The mozzarella sticks are something I feel as though I must get every time I go even when trying other items.

We recently tried this pizza place and had a mixed experience.

To start, we ordered the chicken tenders (their version of chicken cutlets), which were very good, crispy, flavorful, and served with a dipping sauce of our choice. We went with buffalo, but the buffalo sauce was watery and didn’t hold up well.

The fries were another highlight, crispy, well-seasoned, and very enjoyable. We added American cheese dip for an extra charge, and it was worth it. The cheese sauce was smooth and paired perfectly with the fries.

The cheesesteak, however, was underwhelming. The cashier had hyped it up, but the portion of steak didn’t even fill the roll, and the cheese was extremely runny, leaking out of the sandwich and making it a mess to eat. My son ended up not enjoying it, which was disappointing.

On the brighter side, I ordered the Respect Your Father sandwich, chicken cutlet with broccoli rabe, roasted peppers, long hots, and provolone on a toasted seeded roll. This was outstanding. The long hots brought just the right amount of heat, and the flavors worked beautifully together. Easily the best item we tried.

We also ordered the Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza, which had good flavor but came out overly oily. The “drizzle” of hot honey was more of a heavy pour, which overpowered the pizza. It’s worth trying, but I’d recommend asking them to go light on the hot honey.

A few other things to note: there’s no fountain drink machine. We usually just order water when dining in, but bottled water was the only option, and at $3 each, for four people, that added $12 to our bill just for water. Something to keep in mind if you’re eating there. Also, the dining area is extremely tight. Our party of four struggled to fit comfortably, so we wouldn’t recommend dining in, takeout is definitely the better option.

Overall, this was a solid but uneven experience. The chicken cutlet sandwiches seem to be the star here, and we’d definitely come back to try more of those. The fries are also worth ordering. On the flip side, we would skip the cheesesteak and probably stick to takeout next time. With so many options in the area, this wouldn’t be our first choice, but it’s worth checking out if you’re in the mood for a good chicken cutlet sandwich.

Seen this place on social media and had to try it out. Definitely worth it! The cheesesteak is 100000/10, and that roll…damn!

I seen a cheesesteak review online and had to check them out. My first time there is ordered a cheesesteak, no onions with provolone and mozzarella sticks. I ordered to go, I got home and they packed fries instead of the mozzarella sticks. Bummer but not a deal breaker. I dug into the cheesesteak and it was one if not the best one I’ve ever had! It was awesome. A week and a half later I went back. I told them what happened with the mozzarella sticks and they took care of it. I also ordered another cheesesteak again and this time I added a plain pie. Got home, the mozzarella sticks were massive, homemade and delicious. Only thing I can say they needed was extra dipping sauce. Really good though. The pizza was a surprise. It has a little flare to it. Couldn’t put my finger on what was in the sauce. It was not what I call a traditional plain pie. But it was really good. The cheesesteak was so good I forgot to snap a Pic of it before I pounded most of it away. It is now on my cravings list. I can’t stop wanting to go back. The prices are reasonable, the mozzarella sticks were a little on the higher end but when I finally opened them up I understood why. All in all, this is a must try place. I’m lucky it less than a 10 minute drive away from me. I’m sorry about the cheesesteak Pic, again, I couldn’t control myself and dug right in before I could snap the Pic. Lol. Great place, friendly staff.

Heard about how good their food was, and found out first hand that they live up their reputation

I had the Chicken Parmesan sandwich, and was not able to finish it. My son, who is normally a bottomless pit of a 14 year old, struggle to finished his whole Vodka cutlet sandwich. both sandwiches has great flavors in their sauce and the cheese was super

Great choice for a quick lunch

First visit on a Sunday afternoon. Chicken Fingers are actually Chicken Cutlets. Delicious dipped in Buffalo sauce or Vodka sauce. Mozzarella sticks are the size of egg rolls. Cheesesteak was good not great. No pizza slices at this location. Staff was great.

Outside of Philly this place is a goldmine. Top-notch Cheesesteak! Try the Hot honey Pepperoni pizza with ricotta – excellent. And the staff is so wonderful!

Berardi Brothers is legit & one of my go-to spots.

The pizza is amazing — great crust, fresh toppings, and a lot of solid options whether you keep it classic or try one of their specialty pies. Everything tastes fresh and made with care, not rushed or thrown together.

The sandwiches are no joke either. Cheesesteaks are loaded and flavorful, cutlets and meatballs are always on point, and portions are generous. You can tell they use quality ingredients.

They have delicious French fries and Buffalo wings as well.

Staff is friendly, service is quick, and the place has a great neighborhood vibe. No hype, no nonsense — just really good food done right. Easy recommendation and definitely worth going back again!
