It was my first time in the store.
I had viewed it from the out side only before this point.
They have 2 open signs neither were on at any time.
I asked about any specials
The young man at the counter suddenly slide a piece of copy paper in front of me with what I assumed was the specials.
I wasn’t impressed with his customer service attitude or lack there of.
I proceed to order a pizza
18 and change for med 2 topping pizza.
I was gonna order Little Caesars, even her them on the phone but chose to order pizza hut because they were closer to my location.
Bad decision I should have went with first decision because then I wouldn’t know just hope bad this location really is from outside to the inside.
I’m sorry I even decided to get food at this location.
I was disappointed.
Now I know though.

WARNING this location does not use their own delivery drivers and sent dashers that robbed me over $50! I contacted the restaurant only to be told I had to take it up with DoorDash who also did nothing! I ended up having to call the police after DoorDash contacted the driver who completely denied that she stole my money! The food I ordered was subpar to put it nicely. I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again.

The pizzas are always ready when I come to pick up! I ordered pizzas and bread sticks which were fresh when I got them. The bread sticks were soft and tasted amazing.

Nothing is done when promised. They mark orders complete and then you wait 40 more minutes. Not enough staff. Pizza order was incorrect, half raw. Put my name in and got a terse “not done.” I gave them a few chances…not again. Don’t bother with this place. If they had an ACTUAL time on the app it would be better, maybe. But this place just keeps going downhill.

Always love their pizza. The customer service is awesome & the woman name Ashley is always so nice & helpful. I recommend on everyone going and getting a good hot pizza cooked & made exactly how you want it! They have some great deals all the time & good coupons. I had a $10 coupon off just for doing a survey. So instead of it being $43 it was $33. That was a good night, good pizza and I saved money!

Called in a to-go order, and the guy said 15 minutes. I got there right in 15 minutes, and food was made and was hot. They have some pretty good chicken wings.

I ordered online and went to pick it up. It took me 30 minutes to get there. I walk in and she couldn’t find my order after I paid. Come to find out they gave my order away and never bothered remaking my order until I came in looking for it.

I ordered the exact same simple pizza three times from this location and it was completely different all three times! Not sure how you can totally mess up a plain pizza multiple times when pizza is the core of your business. The employees at this location are indifferent at best and can be downright rude. I used to love PH but will never go back to this one even though it is fairly close to my home – they lost a potential good customer as I am accustomed to ordering pizza at least once a month!

Last weekend I had a delivery thru doordash for them and I ordered a pizza i thought they still made due to doordash not updating their system. Once my delivery arrived i called the store to see if there was a mixup and the manager explained the system error. She was very helpful and offered me a free pizza due to the error. I thought this was extremely generous as it wasn’t her fault or the store’s, it was a doordash system error that didnt update the menu correctly. Fast forward to tonight I go to pick up a pizza and my daughters fav mini cinnamon rolls and the manager tonight called her and she did in fact honor that pizza! I was very pleased at such generosity, its rare these days! Thank you to everyone working tonight who made a fantastic pizza with a side of awesome service, y’all are the best! Really made this tired mommy’s night
