Today we both had their EXCELLENT Rueben sandwich! Generous Corned Beef and wonder Swirled Rye Bread. The sandwich is very large.

I finally tried the steak bites … first off the meat is not steak. The meat resembles brisket … not a moist juicy brisket either. An overwhelming artificial smoke flavor, dry beef chunks. Should not be advertised as steak bites … which was what I was expecting. I wanted steak bites, not barbecued burnt ends. As burnt ends go they are okay, but then again that artifical smokey flavor is too overpowering for me.

Please explain to me how Arby’s staff yelling, arguing in Spanish, no heat on, no music playing, staff yelling and arguing in SPANISH, in America is a pleasant eating environment? Clearly the manager or OWNER was not there this time and it really showed. Staw away. Go home and eat, you will save money and not be subject to a Spanish argument or food poisoning. Happy New Year!

This Arby’s exceeds at what many other fast food restaurants in the area struggle with. Orders are given quickly with the food being more than satisfying even in comparison to other Arby’s locations itself. Additionally, the store is quite clean.

Honestly I wasn’t going to post anything until I saw my sandwich. I go here often and it’s finally gotten so bad that I have to say something. The ladies in the drive through on Saturday nights are pretty rude, my opinion. But what really did it was that they laid my fries in the bag sideways so that ehen I pulled it out they all spilt into the bag. I could live with that too but what did it for me was when I opened the sandwich box, the sandwich was upside down and missing the best ingredients on the top, the crunchy onions. To top it off, they put a comical amount of sauce on it… I won’t be going back here Saturday nights. For the record, when the manager is there this place is great.

Price points are way up there. App only works if you order online vs being able to use to order at drive through. One thing that get a bit upset is they dont tell you about deals unless you ask. Nothing really advertised to save money.
