I have been to this subway since I was a child and never in my life have I ever had a bad experience or a problem with my food. Service was always good, food was made perfect and never sloppy, packing the food up was always neat and nicely put away. I come to eat and I see that the sandwich is cut very unevenly but I’m not bothered by it. So I go to get my veggies and the girl who mostly made my sandwich literally put maybe 4 pieces of pickles, banana peppers, onions, and black olives and the tiniest amounts of lettuce and spinach. Then the meat and cheese I got was pretty much on the top half of the sandwich and the sauce was just all over the wrapping and not the sandwich itself. So I get home and eat the sandwich and bicker about how sloppy the sandwich was made and then maybe 2-3 more bites on my other half I get a feeling of hair in my mouth. Personally if it was my hair I wouldn’t care but it wasn’t. To put it into perspective, I have almost 3 feet of dirty blonde hair and the hair that I almost ate is about under a foot and almost black. I was disgusted and just already irritated as is and that’s where it lead me up to this point. I’ve never had this problem even when my worst enemies were working there and making my food. This place has just gone downhill since really 3-5 years ago.

I’ve had rough experiences here. The past three times my SO and I went, the amount of sauce on the sandwiches made them inedible and soggy, despite asking for light sauce.
The meat seems pretty dried out compared to other subway locations.
Also, it seemed like when I went in the employees I saw were really agitated, I hope everything is going okay, but it did make me fairly uncomfortable.

This Subway is excellent. The staff is friendly and personable and quick to serve you. This restaurant seems noticeably cleaner than most. It’s a couple miles further away, but it’s my favorite. I greatly appreciate their efforts.

Service was good, the sandwiches are tasty but were lacking in the meat department (possibly due to the pandemic and price of protein). It has been a long time since I have been in a Subway, maybe that is the “new normal”(this from a girl who normally pulls meat off of her sandwiches) I suppose the double meat option is a way to go with the BLT.

Got food poisoning last Saturday from tuna sandwich served at this location complained to management and they just said we’ll keep our eye out. Not very careful if you ask me. I heard they’ve had other complaints that weekend. Could have reported it to authorities in order to assure safety.

Stopped in to use the restrooms while traveling for the holidays. There was no changing table in neither the men’s nor the women’s restroom. My husband had to sit on the floor with our 2 month old in his lap to change him. Restrooms were fairly clean but the lack of changing table was very disappointing.

Horrible. Ordered a steak and cheese sandwich, and the meat was so shredded it was like dog food, and it was filled with gristle and tendons. The meat looked completely different than the pictures. False advertising. I will never take my family to this subway, or any other again.

We went in @6-630pm and they were out of bread and a few other things like deli meat. The girl working couldn’t hear a word I said. I asked for my whole sandwich to be toasted with everything except lettuce leave that till last. Made the sandwich and toast it with only meat and cheese. Told the to add the other stuff and toast it but instead through it in the microwave. Got 2 spicy Italians one with italian bread and one with italian herb and cheese which was the last of that bread. Told them the toppings and they put the wrong toppings on the wrong sandwich. The guy that was working also wasn’t to bright. Asked for extra mayo and he got a quarter of the way down the sandwich and ran out and he asks is that ok? Really dude. This location really needs management and competent workers. Lady in front had issues too.

The location I went to had the two most unhelpful staff that included a woman who could not hear anything. E.g when my mother stated her tomato allergy, the woman almost there three slices of tomato on her sandwich. Choose your subway wisely.
