Great views along the river. Great waitress. All the staff was friendly. HUGE portions. All the seafood we had was good. Clam chowder was one of the best we have had. Good atmosphere. A little loud though if you are looking for a quiet dinner with a river view.

Food was very filing and prepared as ordered. Beautiful view of the river and awesome fish aquarium surrounding the booth area we were seated in. First time here, and I will definitely return again.
Highly recommend!

My catfish nuggets n creole shrimp was good but I didn’t like my crunchy deep fried catfish n hush puppies on top of my shrimp creole getting soggy. My gf ribs were DRY & not saucy at all with no meat on bone. In last photos of rib with no meat. A rib u should be able chew into it with a least an inch or two deep n saucy. The beer cheese soup looked like orange mashed potatoes dry with no soup consistency and no flavor. The Mac n cheese had same beer cheese topping which u can see in last photos. Mac n cheese had no flavor n from nasty beer cheese. $80 bill. Gordon Ramsey would have a heyday with Catfish Charlie cooking.

Greated and seated right away. Took a while to get drinks at the table. Waitress was friendly, but seemed to be very behind the entire time. Probably would have had 1 or 2 more drinks if they were offered sooner. The calamari appetizer was very very good! Highly recommended. The clam chowder was amazing, some of the best I’ve had. The wife’s Caesar salad was less than exceptional and definitely not recommended. Dressing was sub par for sure. The wife’s filet was cooked decent, her green beans were excellent and her fried onion were very tasty. I got the lobster tails with a half pound of king crab legs and bacon wrapped asparagus. The king crab legs were cooked good, but needed a way to Crack them open better. Had to use my napkin because even though they were mostly split, they were only mostly split and the spikes on them made it difficult to get them completely opened. The lobster had some kind of weird after taste…I couldn’t place it, but weird. The asparagus was ok, but was served with a string around it. Couldn’t see it and only found it when I was chewing it. Mentioned it to the waitress and she showed the chef. He said that’s supposed to be there. Umm really?!?? You leave the string on the food buried in it and expect the patrons to magically find it and remove it, or just chomp down on it. Not very good at all…. Would maybe try again, but for what we paid and the experience received, maybe not. Oh yeah, the bill was over $180…..

We actually visited the first weekend it was Catfish Charlie’s. I got the jambalaya and it did not disappoint. I personally could have used some bread to “soak up the hot” but every bite was great.

Catfish Charlies – The views from inside are fantastic and so is the design. Service was great. Lots of seafood options, huge fried shrimp, Brisket sandwich was ok, not the type of brisket we are used to. Cajun catfish and shrimp creole was great.

Our server Shalynn was amazing. The food was awesome. We got the gator bites as an appetizer. I got a pork tenderloin and my fiance got a Reuben. The view was amazing as well.
