Came in at 7pm for ice cream with my girls.
No one greeted us for at least 5 minutes until I stared at them. None of the flavors were in the correct spots and got huffed and puffed at for asking what was what. Attitudes and dirty looks from everyone even though I remained polite. This place has gotten worse over the years and it’s sad.

Whenever I go here, the employees are always rude, or ignore you. It’s always teenagers. I’m a teen and I work fast food as well. Trust me, it’s not hard to help customers and make their food.
They’re in the back laughing, chatting, and using their phones while there’s people waiting in line.
Donuts are ALWAYS stale, no matter how early I go.
Where are the responsible managers/shift lead?? Make the employees do their job or find better ones.

This have to be the worst Dunkin’. Donuts in the world. I purchase a scoop ice cream. It had a piece of glass in it. I call corporate. No one absolutely at all. Want it to do anything to resolve the problem. All?

I went to the Drive thru and the machine started by saying “We are closed please visit us when we are open” (Something like that). Then a very rude girl with zero english speaking skills started asking what we want to order (In broken english). I had to literally repeat every word twice to make her understand what I need. When asked for manager the cashier mentioned there is no manager and we dont share info(names) of the reps. There were 3 girls there and all were very rude and unhelpful. Would give negative ratings if allowed.

This Dunkin is pretty good but the wait can be long at times because it’s the only one in the location. They do run out of items on occasion which sucks. I recommend their French vanilla latte and there refreshers! I also love the seasonal red velvet macchiato!

I went to go get a medium hot chocolate today. And it felt relatively light. Didn’t think about it in the moment but when I got to work i decided to open the cup (no i had not drank from it at this point) and its missing a good portion of my drink?!?!? I paid almost 4$ for this to not even get my full portion. This is very upsetting.

The rudest employees of any dunkin I’ve ever been to. They’re either rude and have the worst attitude/ tone or they don’t even acknowledge you’re there. Just silently throw your coffee in your face and slam the window shut. Plus they randomly close the inside constantly.

I literally asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel and to simply add cream cheese. She just gave me a bagel with cream cheese. She also rudely said that I said “extra bacon” but I repeated add cream cheese 3 times. They need a better headset or drive through person.
