We went to the lunch buffet and they ran out of pizza and dessert. We had to wait for more pizza to be made. There was only one person working the dining area and the drive thru. We had to get our own silverware and go ask for our drinks. They need more wait staff!

The food, and service were fine, but the large amount of screaming children that came in about 10 minutes after we did was not a good experience. Not pizza Hut’s fault. We obviously picked the wrong night to come here. We generally get take out now.

I ignored the bad reviews. I gave them a chance but they just didn’t show up. First try my pizza came wrong. They tried to fix it but failed. The third try it did arrive hot but without enough cheese or toppings. I asked for a side of marinara sauce but it was cold almost frozen. Lucy my waitress tried to fix pizza but the people in the kitchen just couldn’t get it right. Good thing I am not from around here, because I won’t be coming back!

Will not be returning. We ordered three pizzas and breadsticks, and my husband ended up waiting so long—because the staff seemed confused—that by the time he finally received our order, everything was cold. I should not have to reheat food we just picked up. Completely unacceptable.

Worst pizza I have had ever. The pepperoni crumbled when touched the dough was like chewing a shoe and there was no sauce to be found.
