I hadn’t visited a CiCi’s Pizza in over 15 years. When we arrived, it looked just as I remembered from my childhood. It’s always nice to revisit places from the past. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. They even made us a pizza that wasn’t available on the buffet. I was really impressed with how tidy the entire food line was, especially considering it’s a buffet.

I was invited by family and I haven’t been to Cici’s in over 10 years, therefore, I was looking forward to the experience. However, everything was just okay. The service was fine and the restaurant was clean. The kids arcade area was fairly small compared to what I recall but It could just a location thing. Moreover, the pizza and desserts were average, however, the salad bar was very mediocre. Very few veggies and ice berg lettuce that needed to be thrown out. For the price, it’s not bad if you need to feed yourself or family on a budget, but I think I’ll try another location the next time I wantCici’s.

I just want to highlight that we now live in a world where the Buffett at CiCis is $15.03 w tax. I’ve been coming to CiCis for close to 35 years now….but after 2 buffets for $30.06 w drinks, it’s over.
Remember, the best part about CiCis? It was the value. Pizza is fine. Never been the best. But it was always a good value. Now that value has left.
I recommend hitting up a Little Caesars instead. Hot N Ready Large pizza is $7.99-8.99. And while you are picking up from Little Caesars you’ll save money and get to.skip out on one of the worst bathrooms in North America.
It’s been a fun ride CiCis. But the time has come to part ways.

Me and my wife have been coming to this location for years.My kids where very young now my kids are adults one of my sons patrol that area he’s a Dallas police officer. Sorry to say I will not be returning because of the cashier lady at the front .This is the second time she’s had a nasty attitude . Her attitude is dry and off putting. I will be spending my money where I’m appreciated !

New game room! Kinda pricey now with having to buy a card to load up for the games but still neat! All new stuff for the kids and adults to enjoy. My kids love coming here with their dad after school and the pizza is always fresh and the salad bar always seems good. Clean place and the service has never been a problem for us. Game room is really cool although I wish the amount that you can load on the card with smaller as we don’t want to spend $20minimum on arcade games at Cicis but the new games are really nice.
