Authentic wood fired pizza, local beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. Fantastic pizza begins with the dough. Special attention is given to our dough during the its three-day cold fermentation process, creating a crisp crust, chewy center, and lovely soft bready flavor. The same care goes into all of our menu items, including our tasty appetizers and delectable desserts.

Absolutely fabulous pizza and wonderful service! The service was very friendly and they took their cleaning very seriously. Super impressed with their knowledge about their ingredients and were excited to share their favorites. I highly recommend coming here but get in early or after prime time- it’s definitely a local favorite!

Grace and hammer is consistently the best pizza in Central Oregon! Their flavors and combinations are a complete range from the simple to the elegant. The beer list is always amazingly well curated from the six taps to the full cooler of canned options. In the space itself has met its highest purpose.
Been here at least half a dozen times Never had a pizza that was less than perfect!

I will not be returning to this establishment I ordered a pizza and I had to get up and ask where my food was and still has to wait over an hour and forty minutes minutes to come out so I asked for it to go. Upon receiving my pizza thecrust is extremely burnt and wasn’t very appetizing. The women who took my order was really nice and she did amazing. The food let me down really bad. Maybe the cooks should’ve focused on the fine orders instead of a carryout order then maybe my review would’ve been better.

Grace and Hammer Pizza in Redmond, Oregon, is a hidden gem worth discovering. Though it might give you pause to walk up the steps of a 1912 church to order pizza, it’s great experience!
Their crust achieves the delicate balance of lightness and crispiness. Toppings are a canvas for creativity. The special the day we were there was delicious. The pizza selection offers a diverse range that appeals to just about every palate, each one meticulously chosen for its quality and flavor. Though depth of staffing can be a little strained during busy times or especially when a customer at the order counter meticulously ponders their pizza, cocktail or other beverage decisions. When it’s your time you’ll receive a warm greeting and dedication to provide focused customer service. A special mention goes to their suggestion to try a new sparkling water, Over Ripe Mango Hop Water, which unexpectedly elevated the meal for someone who loves a beer with her pizza but wasn’t in the mood this time.
Grace and Hammer Pizza has undoubtedly secured its place as my top choice for a tasty adventure in Redmond.

First of all, the pizza is phenomenal. Our favorite was the brisket one. The classic ones are also good and show off the quality crust. We had each person pick a pizza and share which ended up being the perfect amount. We didn’t bring anything home. Super unique atmosphere in the early 1900s church! Love the space – great vibes.

Good pizza with a thin crust! We dined in that night and enjoyed the interior, which is a renovated house of worship. We have been searching for a good thin crust pie, and they have it! They also use fresh mozzarella and other quality ingredients. The staff are very good and friendly. The service rating is constrained by the setup, there is no table service. It is okay if you are there early, but if you come later, when the crowd shows up, it is not a quick trip. Don’t hold it against them, success has a price. Go and get an appetizer(s), Daily dough and fried mozzarella are my suggestions, the pies are dealers choice.

We had such a spectacular time at Grace and Hammer tonight. If you want to enjoy the place in a more quiet and relaxed way, arrive early on a weekday. We got there at 5pm on a Wednesday and were one of two tables. The pizzas were absolutely delicious!! I also appreciate their large vegetarian selection. The ambiance is so lovely, and they have great music (1930s or 40s) that is played at a reasonable volume where you can hear the person next to you talk. The staff was incredibly friendly! I really enjoyed talking to them and their happiness didn’t feel forced. They seemed to genuinely enjoy being at work. One of my favorite parts was seeing the old wedding photos hung on the entrance when it used to be a church. It was such a thoughtful and beautiful touch to the place. This will definitely be our new date spot. ♥️
