Ordered a Ube matcha latte waited 15minutes. When I got my drink it already looked off compared to the multiple ube matcha lattes I have gotten in the past from different CB locations. When I took the first sip it was fully watered down. No taste whatsoever. I was very upset because we went through the driver through and I couldn’t get a new drink. Would not recommend this location as drinks and waiting time is not worth it.

Waited 35 minutes for 2 lemonades while the couple behind me ordered 1 lemonade and 2 blended drinks and left 5 minutes before my order was ready. Cashier touched the inside of the cups before passing it to the back after touching money. Very unsanitary.

Absolutely love this place. They have the best coffee milkshakes that I have ever tried. Definitely a really heavy coffee but perfect in the morning right before a hike. I love their cookies and cream matcha

It is loud with a cacophony of different sources of music, it is dirty, and there are no accessible cup sleeves, napkins to clean the table with or warning that you might burn your hand holding your drink or have no wifi to work. Worst choice in a while…

There is a Review stating they had block mold and I went solely to see I surveyed the display closely the male worker with baseball cap was attentive and asked questions the female as well. The issue is the female worker who was on drive through (many piercing in her face) no drive a lot of lip and is a deterrent to the workers it’s a fast paced environment it’s 9am everyone wants coffee. She is slow and her attitude isnt one that needs to be in customer service. She was literally drinking a frapp while people are waiting Black mold is gone and the other two workers seem to have the place under control. They also have tables and chairs as well as free wifi for students who need a place to study.

Stopped in and there is a worker named Hanni she such a wonderful addition to the business, she did not rush and was very informative about which drinks were best selling and popular. She even asked if i was a veteran i tried using apple pay but she let me know that it has issues sometimes and it wasnt my fault she gave me my drink and scone for free. Her customer service is top notch not because of the free items but she took the time to write a message on my box as well as communicate step by step i don’t usually go to this location but she is indeed a great addition to the business. I ordered in store and the girl making drinks gave every single customer terrible attitude. A sweet aunty asked her a simple question and I felt bad for aunty when the girl snapped at her. When I received my drink, it was made wrong and when she remade it she didn’t stir the white mocha. I just took the L because being around her negative energy was DRAINING. Hopefully she quits asap because good coffee is limited in this area

Paid an extra $1 for breve so my coffee doesn’t get cold but the barista left making my coffee half way and went to the register! I ended up with not so hot coffee in the end 🙁

This is the worst run Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf out there. Out of everything (for literal months) & the barista’s laugh about it. No food and if they have what you want, the toaster has been out since March. Don’t mind the homeless taking up all the seating outside either. Clearly going out of business & well deserved.
