I can tell why they were soooo crowded yesterday, the Aji de Gallina was delicious , pollo saltado, chaufa, chicharrón, papa a la huancaína!! 20/10.
Noelia is awesome, Juan is AWD, he is the bartender, the waitress, always with a good attitude!
An incredible night, with delicious food, drinks and atmosphere! Recommended.

First time visit in Dec with my friends to celebrate Christmas. We were not disappointed by any means. Tumi is a cute restaurant with amazing service and food. And the price you cannot beat. Sergio was out waiter and he was so professional and pleasant.

This place is an absolute gem! It’s right on the street front of 9th Ave, so it’s easily accessible.

The staff there are very accommodating and the service is FAST! They were busy with two groups having celebrations with parties of 6 or more and I got drinks in less than 5 mins of ordering.

The appetizers came quickly too and they were fresh food, not reheated stuff like some other places do.

The mains were delectable too and the portion sizes are appropriate.

We dined in without a reservation and were seated immediately. So many items on the menu sounded fantastic. We loved our meal – especially the lomo saltado! The beef was so tender. My avocado salad was huge and delicious. Everything was served quickly and we made it to our show with no issue. We are looking forward to exploring more of the menu next time.

Pisco Sour regular not on the rocks is great – else you loose the bitterness and white eggs effect..
The Peruvian lady at the bar was great, doing great Pisco…
Ceviche was good … meat was good and main dishes are very large portion, couldn’t finish it all !
A shame that the main courses were served a first time before the starters came, and a second time when we haven’t finished the starters ..
We still enjoyed our diner as the food was great !

I don’t as looking or some authentic Peruvian cuisine and just floated in. We located this place, not far from my hotel and wondered in on a Sunday night. I cannot begin to say how amazing the food was. The tamal, clasico ceviche, even the roasted potato’s. The accompanying sauces. Utterly authentic flavors. Even the music they were playing made me want to dance! What an amazing meal. I cannot say enough. My mouth and stomach are very happy.

Terrible place for a pre-theater dinner. The physical space is nice and the staff were all polite. But the food was mediocre at best and wildly overpriced. We had a reservation and they asked us to move mid-meal to accommodate a larger party. That would have been fine, but I think they forgot about us after the move because another party got seated, got their food, ate, and left before we got entrees. Our entrees took well over an hour just to come out and they forgot items we had ordered. The $13 guacamole tasted like it had no lime in it and the chips tasted stale. We got the Tacu Tacu which comes with a sunny side up egg. The egg was totally undercooked and covered in raw egg whites which you can see in the photo. The steak in the Parrillada Mixta was also undercooked and severely underseasoned. They offered us half a slice of cake for all the issues, but at that point we had to leave to make it to our play on time. One appetizer, two entrees and two non-alcoholic drinks came to over $100. This was overall a really disappointing experience.
