Literally the worst Sonic. Don’t know why over 7 years of being around this one I would ever think it will get better. Order in the app 15 minutes ahead of time and still have to wait 25+ mins for drinks. No food cause that would take forever.

I do agree with the reviews; this is the closest Sonic to me, and I’ve had several ongoing issues here. However, because I really do love Sonic and this is the most convenient location, I decided to stop by today for some breakfast burritos. I just want to say thank you to Jarvis! What an awesome guy. He truly made this visit a great experience.

I mean it’s Sonic… If you go to Sonic, you obviously want Sonic. but let me tell you low-key. The best sandwich on the menu is the fried steak sandwich. although I have had issues with the tomatoes, so I usually order it without. sonic, please work on your tomatoes. They are always way too soggy, and then when you warm them on the sandwich, it just makes it worse. We need crisp fresh tomatoes.

I’ve been going to this place since 2004. It was outstanding back then! I don’t know what happened but over the years that place just got worse and worse every year in recent times. Second to last time I went, I placed an order and sat down at the patio waiting for my order. Two other parties pulled in and placed their orders. The server came out and I thought great here’s my order. Nope! She went to one of the cars who placed after me. No big deal, the next one will be mine. Nope! She went to the other car who placed after me. After a while, my order finally arrived. At least she apologized. The last time I ordered was in the drive through. Waited a good 15 minutes for the two cars ahead of me to be served and when it was my turn, some girl with metal piercings all over her face told me that my order was never worked on. She asked if I still wanted my meal. I drove off and went to the Whataburger next door. Sonic, if you REALLY want my business anymore you need to re-examine how you’re doing things because getting orders wrong (which also has happened) and making people wait unnecessarily long periods is not the way to do it. I wish they can bring back the previous staff and management. They had their act together.

We used their app, as suggested. When STILL waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks and not either of them were right. 0/10 TERRIBLE experience. There were 4 employees there, no customers and STILL the experience was this terrible.

I attempted to call and cancel an order that was accidentally placed at this location but the phone number on the app and the one on the internet for this location no longer work.
Making a small problem a much bigger issue because their own business phone number is incorrect in every perceivable way.

Watch out for them giving people a cold burger or two or no bacon for their burger. They bring out the bacon last. Big Mac special is $8. Bacon Burger and tiny groove chili cheese fries with milkshakes is $35-40Wish them the best of luck. It’s not like I’m praying for them to be fly children. They’re new but they’ll get it right.
