I didn’t eat at Burger King in several years. I got a meal and used the chili sauce on my fries, the burger and fries were extremely hot and tasted great. When my daughter got home we went for supper there, another great meal. I informed the manager that I was impressed with the food. Usually, I cook 6 days a week, but a change is good sometimes.

Worst Burger King ever! Every time I go here everybody has an attitude. Half of the time the person taking the order is rude and doesn’t even let you get your order out right. Then when you ask them to fix something or add something that they didn’t, they either get an attitude or tell you you have to go back around the drive thru. Half the time the food is cold. Most of the time I’ll order a large fry just to get half of the box full. Like the BK on Elivs Presley and Millbranch are better than this place.
To the employees/manager: if you hate your lives and your jobs then find something else.

It was my intention to write my review on Wednesday when I visited this location but I was on my way to work and didn’t have time. This location was completely out of burgers I mean what’s Burger King without the burgers??? I was highly disappointed
Update… I went by yesterday August 6 and order two whopper juniors with cheese and two medium fries. When i arrived at work guess what no cheese so I tried to call them. Someone answered and hung up Burger King acting like peasants.

Nicer than the one on Goodman in Southaven from the outside. But dirty on the inside just like the other Southaven location on Goodman. Staff obviously can’t read directions/doesn’t care about the food preparation. For 5 workers (that I could see including what I guess was the manager) it took a long time to get my order although I was the only one in the store at the time, and the manager seemed to be more concerned about her cell phone than anything else. Trash bin at the drink counter was overflowing. Visible trash piles on the floor behind the counter in several spots. Several tables in the empty (I wonder why) dining room were dirty. TL;DR Better to try somewhere else than this location…

It’s 11:46 July 17,2017. This particular store just opened maybe a week. My sprite was indeed not a sprite. It tasted like carbonated water. My food was cold! There were at least 7 workers and they did not get my food done correctly.
The cashier gave me my change and said have a nice day. She didn’t realize I didn’t have my food until maybe a min of siting outside the window.

I have eaten the Impossible burger for years. The Impossible burger they gave me today smelled funny (suspicious) I looked at the burger and it looks very different than the Impossible burger. I am sure it’s not an Impossible burger.
This Impossible burger isn’t fit for human comsumption. You would think the owner would take some pride.

Sat at the speaker for 10 mins and no one said anything. I drive to the window to let them know that I had been sitting there and the lady at the window had an attitude so I decided to take my money elsewhere.

April 2018 I’ve come to this Burger King at the very least 10 times since it’s grand opening and every single order I’ve placed was wrong. The staff is rude and insanely incompetent, it’s as if they are purposely getting my orders wrong to spite me. It boggles my mind how a Croissan’Wich with Egg, Bacon, Ham and No Cheese can be so difficult for them to get right…….
Update June 02 2021 three years after my first initial review. I tried to give these guys another chance after 3 years, I ordered a Whopper with NO CHEESE, NO KETCHUP, NO MAYO AND THEY STILL MESSED MY ORDER UP! The meat was burnt and the tomatoes were no where to be found, thrown directly into the trash! This place has absolutely no hope, the entire staff should be fired immediately!

I AM SO SAD , YET AGAIN MY ORDER IS WRONG ! I DON’T LIKE AMERICAN CHEESE ON MY SANDWICH , YES I TAKE IT OFF IF MY ORDER IS SERVED TO ME COLD AS YOU CAN SEE IT WAS WARM AT BEST. BUT THAT NASTY CHEESE TASTE IS STILL THERE ! ! !
