FANTASTIC Place! What fun crew and a welcome addition to Lake Ashtabula. Resort style drinks, nice gift shop, ice cream, a few things to eat….definitely always worth tying to their guest docks and enjoying their hospitality!

Went their to do some fishing with a friend a couple of times. Staff there was very friendly and offered to give me a soda if I bought a glass because I’m a recovering alcoholic. Very friendly staff, tasty ice cream and fair price for bait. I would recommend this place to a friend without hesitation and I will visit again

My family and I LOVE this place. The owners and their children are honestly some of the friendliest people we’ve ever met. They’ve taken the time to sit down and play games with my two year old, just because! We love coming out there for ice cream, drinks, and to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere.

We will continue to come back and support this awesome business!!! We have taken friends and family out here too and they’ve all been impressed with the service and familial atmosphere, too.

My family loves going on a pontoon ride to the dam to get ice cream. It has a great selection of ice cream and drinks. It’s so busy that sometimes we have to wait to dock our boat. The place has been completing remodeled and the patio is a nice added touch. We are frequent customers!

We travel 12 miles by boat or pontoon from our cabin to enjoy the food, treats, beverages and ice cream. There are times they are so busy because of their popularity that we wait for a place to dock. No matter how busy they are, each customer is greeted with a smile and treated like family. We are so fortunate to have the Hungry Pelican located on beautiful Lake Ashtabula!
