♨️Best staff ever and the new store, albeit a little less warm & cozy than the original Olive Avenue location, and tho almost all Starbucks that convert to drive thru become less attentive and aware of their walk in customers, I’m giving them a FOUR because I know, in due time, Marisol and her great crew will come around and lose that stricken distracted look on their faces and remember us faithfuls; ☕the customers that loved ’em before they hit fame and fortune☕

Went through the drive through at 9:22 before getting mine and my daughters hair done. We had deal with a rude employee with red hair, she was extremely condescending when we asked for our drink remade. Not to mention she made a completely different drink than what we had asked for. We went back after our hair appointment to get the correct drink, and had a very pleasant experience with an employee by the name of Mia, as well as another employee however I couldn’t catch her name. She had curly brown hair and olive skin and gave us a free brownie because of our experience. I want to thank both of these employees for making my experience better at Starbucks.

I’m not sure which of my kid’s friend’s parents introduced my kids to Starbucks some years ago, but damn you.
My kids periodically ask to be taken here, so they can get their caramel cream crunchy frappadingo thing (no coffee in it). I like junk food coffee, but very rarely drink it, so the only time I come is when they’ve begged me for long enough.
I of course get a bunch of junk when I’m here, and it’s good.
The new location (across from Raley’s) is nice. The dining (drinking?) area is a good size, although they could probably adjust the design to accommodate a bit more sitting options. It seems a tad sparse for the footprint. But it’s nice, clean, quiet, and staff was friendly and helpful.

The entire experience had been a phenomenal great starbucks location. I haven’t been here in a long, long time, now I know why I missed it.
I would highly recommend you all to try the Strawberry Creme Frappuccino it would be an excellent treat for your valentine.

06/26/22 Absolutely unsatisfied. This is the 5th time they get my order wrong. I don’t understand why I keep coming back to this location. The lady that took my order got all my orders completely WRONGGG! It’s getting very frustrating considering I’m a loyal customer. I would give 0 stars if I could!!
07/04/22 I did it again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would make my orders correct but they didn’t. They messed up again, and made both my drinks wrong!! You would think that they would learn by know. Super unsatisfied and upset. This team needs to be retrained!!

They force you to buy a drink to use the restroom I’ve been to many Starbucks (20) and never have they ever required me to buy a drink. Awful what if you’re traveling or a driver. Not a good location most likely management enforcing their employees to do so.
