The food is usually good but man they have some incompetent workers. Idk how many times you can tell someone the EXACT thing you want and they still get confused. Even in drive thru. Destiny just told me they were waiting on an item so I subbed with another item she said was available, then she went back and forth with me just to tell me both items I wanted were unavailable and argued and said she said that from the start.

Ate at the one on Mid-Rivers. They were busy, but no lines. Ordered the plate with chow mein and double entrée of orange chicken, Ordered a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken, a chicken egg roll and 2 small drinks (they serve Coke products)
When I opened mine up noticed my plate with the double entrée had the same amount as the bowl with the single entrée. But was too late for me. I’ll be paying more attention the next visit.

Went through the drive thru and heard a stupid ai thing talking to me , while ordering I try asking this robot to avoid cabbage in the chow mein of course it doesn’t listen to me so when I get up to the window and ask the person there handing me the food and give attitude of my request. When I got home my noodles were 50% cabbage I picked out almost every piece and there was enough in there to fit in the extra entree boxes. Not to mention my orange chicken had a hard peice in it maybe a tendon? I had to throw it away.

Out of almost everything at 2:30. Which is fine coming out of lunch. My son ordered teriyaki chicken and they had to make more teriyaki sauce. Took 10 minutes. The sauce tasted more like a thick soy sauce. Not the sweetness that you’d get with teriyaki. My wife and I chose to wait 10 minutes for fresh orange chicken, bejing beef and honey walnut shrimp. And fried rice. The honey walnut shrimp had almost no honey taste. The orange chicken was NOT orange chicken. Very tart and garlicky. The manager tried it and spit it out. As I’m sitting here writing I’ve lost count on how many people have come in from the dinner thru and complained about orders not being right. One just came back in for a forth time. As well as customers that ordered inside waiting for their food only to return with issues. Im counting for people counting the manager on duty working. I hate giving this location 2 stars because I’ve never had a bad experience here. But in reading other recent reviews it seems that service and quality has really gone downhill over the last few months. I will return again at some point. But if the service is still the same as today my family and I will not return. I sincerely hope things improve here. Also 2 drivers from Grub hub have been waiting for over 10 min to get their orders picked up for their customers.

We waited for service from the guy(manager) working the counter, while he TALKED and TAAALLKKED to a lady that he knew! Literally, a cook had to step in and help us out! Then he FINALLY came over as we were about done getting the food we ordered and he shot us some attitude. He was rude to the other employees that were working pretty hard. I will not be going back to Panda Express ever again.

Got double teriyaki chicken no teriyaki sauce at all. Waited almost 15 minutes and only one in drive thru. At work again so can’t return for sauce. Crazy they can’t get an order right. Plus the rice is boiled….NOT fried!!!! Have to soak it in soy sauce just to eat.
