Very friendly and responsive staff! Loved it! Amazingly clean and well lit, the food came out quickly. Asking for mayo for the fries got us a couple cups of it immediately. Great midday snack stop!

The food was good and place was clean. The service was good but there was an attitude if you don’t tip a cashier immediately before finalizing cashing out. Its not like they bring the food to you. I like to tip places like these after the entire experience, with cash. Needless to say if u go be aware of completely 180 dry attitudes due to their tipping expectations not being met.

I love the burgers but holy crap the pricing is starting to get way out there like going to a restaurant yes the hamburgers are great but man the price strays me away from wanting to go there more love the peanuts in the waiting area I love the drink machine love the shakes the service is always great but dang do something about the prices.

I’m very disappointed in my visit! Just wanted a big bag of fries to share and I don’t know if it’s this location or 5 guys in general has diminished in quality, but I paid 10 DOLLARS for a handful more than a medium cup full. When I took it to the counter to ask if this was indeed a large, the employee said that it was. Cool. They aren’t that good, Five Guys. That being said, the place was clean and the employees were respectful just not great customer service or quantity maybe training?

This Five Guys in Monroe Ga is awesome. The employees working there are mostly the same every time I’ve been. Friendly service and clean restaurant including the restrooms. There was someone assigned to the dining room cleaning and making sure everything was just right. The lady that took our order right down to the lady that served our food. So grateful to have them! The food is off the chain fantastic!

My family and I love Five Guys. The food and service were excellent! Since it’s a newly opened business, we understand there may be some growing pains. I don’t want to sound overly critical, but I’d like to offer a small suggestion. It could be helpful to have a dedicated employee to keep the tables clean and sweep the floors. Also, while the patio area is nice, there were some stains on the pavement. A good pressure washing could make a big difference.
I know this might seem minor, but small details like these can influence whether customers decide to return. That said, we will definitely be back! I just wanted to share a little feedback to help ensure the success of the business.
