Drive through worker was very polite and great customer service – however when I got home and opened my food I was very upset. I spent 16$ for 2 tacos and they aren’t edible – I called the store and they said the crunchy taco breaks easily as it’s packaged to bag and serve through the drive through but it literally looks like someone punched it and threw it in the bag. My chalupa also has no chicken..and my nacho fries were cold. Highly upset and disappointed. They said they could offer me to come back and get a new one but I shouldn’t have to go out of my way across town and I would like a refund. Went straight to the garbage

I appreciate this location because the food is solid and the people who work there are really nice. Tonight though, I stopped by and somebody in that place cooked up the best Crunchwrap I’ve ever had in my life. Ingredients, distributed with precision. Person working the window, delightful person. Idk, I was moved. Thank you sm. ♥️

Service was extremely poor, not accommodating at all when menu items were missing. Rude person at window, dismissive towards me. Did not receive straws. Food that I did receive was almost inedible. Tasted old and gross. I threw away most of it. Barely got any chips for my order of chips n cheese and the tiny handful I did receive tasted burnt.

Went in the restaurant because the drive thru order they gave us was entirely incorrect. They only managed to get the one drink correct. Normally not one to complain but when $30 of your order is missing, kinda have to go back. Not surprising as when I went inside, seemed like multiple workers sitting in the restaurant eating taking their breaks, unfriendly staff and then took an additional 20 minutes because they forgot about my order again and finally remade it. Quesadillas were mainly just tortilla. But I guess that’s what to expect on a Friday night at a fast food place. Recommend some customer service training or maybe just closing the restaurant at night to save customers the trouble.

Took 15 minutes to get through the drive through with 1 car in front of me. Grilled cheese burrito was completely smushed and I got a Large Starry and it tastes like straight soda water. AND The person at the window has absolutely no manners, doesn’t say anything to you actually not have a good one nothing. That’s the least he could’ve done. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here but it’s 1000000% the last. Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve been too

I keep giving this location chances for redemption and I’m done. Food always cold or stale, today paid for chicken chalupa upcharge and bite into it to find out it’s the cheap beef. Checked the tag on the bag which is correct. Already back at work so don’t have time to go back. Wasted $14 for two chalupas I didn’t even get. Thanks

Took 20 minutes in drive thru on 11/6/25 at around 6.20 p m. Then I get home to find that the employees can’t even get a simple request right. Ordered 2 exactly the same burrito and taco supreme combos with no sour cream on either! What a waste of $20 and to top it off they don’t even give you a receipt. Must be that they don’t want feedback or don’t care enough to inquire when someone has a problem to make it right. Lousy experience that will drive a loyal guest base away. I go once a week and won’t return.

My wife and I have been going to this Taco Bell for quite a while and every single time we go, at least one item from the order is missing. Honestly at this point it seems like a business deal that the owner or manager is doing to bring in some extra money for the business. Kind of crazy.

We waited over an hour for a $46 pick up order with many missing items, my friends and I arrived and went inside since the drive thru was long and they made direct eye contact with us and then ignored us and another customer who had been there far longer than I. We then decided to wait in the drive thru after 10 mins of being ignored inside. After 40 mins to get to the speaker, and another 20 to get to the window and get our food, we were missing 2 tacos, and had 3 incorrect items as well. I’ve worked in customer service and my friend that was with me works for a taco store down the street and we have never seen such a lethargic and inept staff, 2/3 cars in the drive thru ended up leaving and if I hadn’t placed an order I would’ve gone elsewhere. I’m not coming to this location again.
