I was disappointed with my recent experience. The posted closing time is 10pm, but when I arrived at 9pm, the doors were already locked and staff appeared to ignore customers outside. I completely understand locking the doors 10–15 minutes before closing to wrap things up for the night, but closing an entire hour early is frustrating especially when customers plan their visit based on the listed hours. If the business plans to close earlier, it would be helpful to update the posted hours so customers aren’t inconvenienced. I hope this can be improved moving forward. I will also be contacting corporate so this issue gets resolved.

Hate leaving bad reviews but the experience was just not it for the 2nd time! We came in at 9pm they close at 10pm as google and the sign at the door say. one of the workers made a comment in Spanish like “hurry up so they can leave” to another worker in a rude manner. Either they thought we didn’t speak Spanish or they just didn’t care. As we waited for our order it was about 9:10 they turned away 2 customers saying they were closed! ONCE AGAIN there closing time says 10pm I experienced them turning me away around 9pm in the past but having this experience on top of them turning away other customers is just bad customer service overall. They should change there closing hours if they don’t want to work until there actual closing time.

One suggestion to management: Please label the flavors! Otherwise your friendly staff has to take tons of questions.

That was 6 months ago. We just stepped into the store and what a pleasant surprise… The flavors are now labeled! Thank you!!

Horrible experience. The business states they close at 10 PM, but they shut down at 9:30 instead. I called to confirm the hours and they hung up on me, and after calling back I realized I’d been blocked. If they can’t follow their posted closing hours or communicate professionally with customers, that’s a serious problem. I do not recommend this place due to the poor customer service

I got a walking taco on door dash. There was no option for meat or cheese so I would assume it comes with it…. I’m actually so shocked at getting a bag of Doritos with no meat, no cheese, just lettuce and sour cream. I mean truly disgusting and I will not be ordering from here again.

Line was long and took some time to get my order, I had to ask them to remake my elote because they added chilli powder and i didn’t want it with it. I was simply miscommunication and they kindly fixed it. Even though there was a long wait, it was definitely worth it!!!

I got here at 9:22pm on a Tuesday and the store was already closed. Don’t know why it says that they close at 10pm when they closed early.
