Beware of potholes at this location.
There is an 8 inch pothole in the drive- through that has caused $1,700 in damage to my car. They first stated that the pothole was only 2″ deep and denied the claim. I had measured the depth of the pothole the day after the damage and sent them that info. It was denied again stating there was not proof I was at this store when the damage occurred. So my $3.99 milkshake may end up costing $1,703.99. Sadly, even though I reported this damage immediately ( the next day), almost 30 days later they have yet to fix the many potholes at the facility.

Food was okay … although my granddaughters BLT came with only a half slice of bacon on one half of the sliced sandwich. My biggest beef is that the waitstaff was clearly having their own party in the back of the restaurant despite the fact that there were several patrons… lots of teenage type fun… but felt over the top and inappropriate…

I am extremely disappointed with this location. Despite advertising as open 24 hours, my fiancé and I arrived after a long drive to find a notice on the door stating that the establishment was closed due to lacking the proper licenses to operate. It is concerning to think about how long this location may have been operating without the required permits. This reflects poorly on management and raises serious questions about compliance and oversight. I expect better accountability from a brand like Steak ’n Shake.

Extremely friendly family atmosphere! The waitress was great. Kept checking on us. The Manager was such a sweet gal. And the cooks were running on full blast! The food was good, hot, and delicious. Two thumbs up for whole crew!

I cant tell if this location is open for dine in but it always looks empty. I saw one car in the lot and took a chance on drive thru. A nice lady took my order and I believe she was the only person working taking order and cooking. She was extremely nice and my food was very fresh and was ready quickly. Her nice and professional manner made it all the better.

Went to this location at about 2AM on 1/08/2017. Waited in the drive through line for over 25 minutes. When I said “Hello?”, woman proceeded to tell me how she was 1 of 2 employees in the building and that I need to “calm down”. Why have a drive through if you get your food faster going into the restaurant and sitting down? Didnt want my food prepared by someone who was aggravated by me questioning where they were. Woman could not have been more rude about it. I would have been very understanding had she expressed herself in a way that showed she knows how to treat customers. I understand she does not staff the restaurant; But she was an absolute nightmare of an employee. She will not last much longer in the service industry. Customer service was absolutely terrible and I was in line for 30 minutes total. Will not be going to this location in the future and will be telling everyone else not to go there as well. Failed on all levels of your operation and lost a customer.

I have good memories of several years ago having a great burger and a milkshake at this place, so it was easy to stop once again when close by. With all due credit to the young woman who appeared to be in charge, the food was terrible. The meat in the burgers was paper thin and didn’t even taste like beef. The fries were fine as was the milkshake. Can’t speak to other items on the menu, but I sure can’t provide a positive recommendation. Just not what it used to be!

They always manage to screw up some part of the order. Whether it’s toppings, sides, drinks, whatever, there hasn’t been a time that I haven’t had to make a second trip through the drive thru for them to fix it or to give me what they forgot. Never received an apology or offer for compensation, but instead everyone always seems annoyed that they have to fix their mistake, or that they even have customers at all. Inside the restaurant isn’t much different. The people waiting tables are nice enough, but the wait is MUCH longer, and the orders still get screwed up. I would advise not coming here. I’ve never had problems at other Steak n Shakes, it’s just the staff and people in the kitchen and I’m guessing management at this one are completely incompetent and are just happy to be making minimum wage so they don’t care about their customers at all.
