Ordered through the app. Picked our food up and went home to eat. The food was all there but nothing else. No dressing for the salad that was ordered, no silverware, no zac sauce for the chicken tenders, no straws, no napkins. But, at least the food was there. Time to reassess our choices when eating out.

I ordered the bacon ranch chicken finger tacos. Got all the way home to be disappointed. The tender was extremely small and barely any lettuce or bacon. Just slapped together. Then the strawberry lemonade tasted like cough syrup. I usually go to the one in JC but they was close. The cashier was nice but the manager was aggravated. Do not go here late nights. If you do check your food. I wish they was still open cause I would’ve driven back to get my money back. I spent 28.00 for slop

My boy Eli hooked me up with a DoorDash order that wasn’t even options on the website. Gave Zaxbys a call, asked for some modifications and with zero hesitation my boy Eli was on it dog-gone-it.

Made the trip from Stoney Creek to get some dinner. Inwas not disappointed in my choice. The food was hot and fresh. The staff fast and friendly. The restaurant was pretty clean except for a couple tables that hadn’t been cleaned off yet. My dinner choice was Wings and Things and I was satisfied with my choice.

Stopped by to get my husband and myself a delicious Cobb salad with ranch dressing. Service was really slow. It seemed like they were more interested in taking care of the drive thru customers than the walk-in customers. My wait time was 25 minutes.

My order wasn’t made correctly after being very deliberate and speaking slowly and clearly when placing the order, that I can overlook. The thing that really bothers me is I paid extra for additional sauce and there is barely a centimeter in each cup, what the actual hell?! I never leave reviews but this is ridiculous.
