I felt rushed through the drive through and then when trying to add an item at the window before paying, they said I could not add anything at the window. That’s not smart business. Just wanted a fry with my salad. Definitely not satisfied.

Look I don’t want to be overly rude, but the customer service is subpar. The young man with the red hair saw us come in, roll his eyes and then have someone else take our order. Jynara was nice and took our order accurately at the least.
I get it, it’s teenagers and they don’t wanna be there, but just bring the service up a little. We didn’t get our name taken or even a number or order called out. We like eating here on Sunday afternoon but it just feels lifeless and kind of rude in there. Maybe it’s just a training issue or lack of management, but there’s a reason why the other chicken competitor is outperforming, and they’re open one less day each week.

I bought a salad, ate half and realized it was a fly in it. I called the store to resolve, at least get my money back and was told by the store manager Malik/Maliki that I had to bring the salad back with the fly in it to get my money back. He never asked me the receipt info, never tried to refund over the phone and even laughed at me when I told him he didn’t even try to help me. There was no empathy whatsoever! I was not going back to the store that essentially poisoned me and gave me bug infested food. I’m supposed to waste more gas, money and time going back for a refund after 7pm, no! Corporate has been contacted already. Chick-fil-A would never have handled me this way.

I ordered the Cajin Club sandwich, and it tastes great as always. Food standards are consistent with other locations.
I came during noon. The lobby is closed to customers, so it only functions for to go orders for the time being. The line does move pretty fast. Staff is friendly. They are masked up as well.

The food quality and the customer services at this location has been tumbling. I went into this resturant and ordered chicken tenders they were covered in some kind of paper and refired. When I approached the manager she was very unconcerned with my problems and the general manager called me the next following day, being rude and hung up on me in the middle of the conversation.

I swear this staff was drunk or something….taking long pauses on the mic. Misunderstood cheese curds for cheesecake. Didn’t give us the “extra fries” since they were out of toast. Didn’t give us the right sauces and when I asked about the sauces being added weird guy at the window just nodded with a stare then was giggling with the girl on the mic. Again pretty sure they were drunk or something. Either way wont be back.

The people over the speaker are always unwelcoming, prices are skyrocketing, the tenders are shrinking, and they don’t even bother to get your food right. Always check your bag. Way too expensive for y’all to not even get the order right.

Our drive through order was totally wrong. An entire meal was missing, tenders were not in the wings and things combo and another entire meal was not even rang up. When we came back to get it fixed the manager had the audacity to say, “It’s hard to believe that they would actually miss the tenders.” I mean we came back for a reason. Because it was wrong, very wrong.
Check to cameras and train your employees. I didn’t drop 50$ at your restaurant to be called a thief.
UPDATE. I went back and the food is just as bad. The boneless chicken is literally so dry that it’s just shards of dried meat. The pics show it all. Inedible. Nine months later and they are still selling bad food.
