Update 7/30/25: I’m bringing my 4 stars down to 1 because I’m over this establishment. My first delivery issue was on day 1, so I gave them slack. I’ve ordered twice more with issues both times. My 2nd order, my sandwich was missing the cheese. I called and got a $10 credit. They offered to redeliver but I said the credit was fine. A month later, I just went to use my credit and they had no record of this. Luckily, they still gave me my sandwich for free because I could back up my story with calling the store. I had the exact same issue, again! This time, the meat was missing. I have been ordering the Cubano. Ham, bacon, cheese, pickles. It’s not that hard to make. This time, the manager gave an attitude when I called and made me come back to the store with my sandwich. Now I get to waste my time and gas to go back and get this resolved. I will never be eating here again. It’s a shame they built such a nice building for the employees to run this store into the ground.

The delivery drivers got my order mixed up with someone else’s. They took the wrong order back to give to the other person which I thought was a little weird since it had exchanged hands and been in my home but it was still sealed as I was just about to call the store myself for the mixup.
The bowl of pesto pasta was underfilled, but the two sandwiches I ordered were made perfectly.
I will say, $4 for delivery is a bit steep compared to other chains around here. I’m happy to have Jimmy John’s in town and will be ordering often.

Food is solid most of the time. I personally have had 2 delivery orders come with 0 meat in my sandwich. I always get a 14. This also happened 2 weeks apart which is crazy. They’ve also swapped the turkey for ham 2 or 3 times in the past as well.

I had a great experience. Sandwich came out fast, fresh, and right! Customer service was excellent too. Evy and Truly helped me navigate my sandwich decisions and gave terrific recommendations all while wearing a smile the entire time! Great addition to Lowell!

Every time I have come here order is constantly wrong. They never forget the cheese they up charge you, but always forget the ingredients that define the sandwich. Want a sandwich with avocado…forget it, they always miss. Tuna sub – go to subway they will give you a sample that has more. Made an online order about 45 minutes before picking it up. Went inside and was told the order was in process and that the sandwiches on the line were mine. While I am waiting another customer who also made an order comes in and is told they did not see the order and that they will start making it for him. They their order was stuck to another order. I literally talk to this guy while waiting, his name was John. They proceed to give him order that they told was mine, meanwhile I have been there 30 minutes waiting. I bring this up and the manager proceeds to tell me his order was also under my name – a blatant lie – I literally got to know the guy while we waited. Don’t go here.

This place seems to make more money by charging their customers for items and not giving them what they order. I have had 5 back to back orders completely wrong. Missed items (whole sandwiches) and whole pickles. Condiments missing, subs not made correctly or sloppily. This is not at all like any Jimmy Johns’ location in the area. I’m tired of it. I will now drive an additional 20 minutes to not eat at this one ever again. Even Subway itself conducts itself better than this, which is an even bigger embarrassment itself.

God awful. Food tastes the same as any other JJ. Orders are always wrong and then charge you for their mistakes. They seem to care more about taking care of the people in the drive thru that come after you than you already physically being there and waiting an hour for 1 sandwich. Managers could care less what’s going on in the restaurant.

Multiple times I’ve come here and spent 50+ dollars to not get all my items and not get my orders right. Every single time it’s been wrong and has taken over 15 minutes to get a single sandwich, even longer if you want more. This is the worst one in the area and I will never go there again, I’ve wasted so much money . Go to a different one, it’s worth the drive

Disgusting. At first this place was great. Now – just nasty. Didn’t want to base a review off of 1 bad experience, but last several times have been disgusting. Order never right. Missing items. The drinks taste like a swimming pool. Won’t ever be back.

Should have learned my lesson the first time. Freaky fast I think not , over an hour from my food to even leave the restaurant. Then another 30 minutes to me , I live 10 minutes away which means it was bundled with multiple orders. Truly dissapointing.
