I visited there with my friends. The food was so fresh and delicious. Especially the appetizer, calamari ring, was the best!! It was huge and crispy. Everything was so perfect. Sashimi was another level. So fresh!! I recommend to go there and eat in or take out. You won’t regret it!!

This was my first time visiting and I was truly impressed! The sashimi is super fresh and thick cut, and the sushi rolls are delicious and generous with avocado — my favorite. The customer service is amazing, very friendly and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back again!

Ume Sushi is undoubtedly one of the most incredible sushi restaurants in Bolton. I have been coming here occasionally with my girlfriend—even on my own—for about a year. There is definitely a reason why we keep coming back.
Everything about Ume Sushi is consistent. They deliver high-quality, fresh & delicious food, the staff is friendly & hospitable, and the customer service is always incredible—there has not been a single bad experience. Combined with a warm, welcoming, atmosphere and wondrous ambiance, it is our favourite go-to for a cozy, delicious dinner!
My favourite dishes are the Dynamite Roll and the Spicy Chicken Grill and my girlfriend absolutely loves the Chicken Stir-fry Udon!
Overall, if you’re in the Bolton area, I highly recommend trying Ume Sushi!

Incredible food. Sushi is always so fresh! This is my favourite place to go when I want to celebrate something. When I returned from Europe this was my first stop to get classics sushi. Prices are fairly steep but the food is nicely portioned and filling, especially when you share with others. The tempura especially is not greasy at all. The booths with the curtains are very cute and give privacy, especially since I do not know how to use chopsticks so the curtain provides privacy from other people. Waitresses are very friendly and always checking in. Would recommend to anyone who wants good quality and affordable sushi.

The sushi was quites disappointing. I ordered spicy salmon and spicy tuna rolls. The filling was 80% panko crumbs soaked in spicy mayo and only about 20% fish. You couldn’t even taste the fish to be honest.
We arrived at the place at 8pm, and they close at 9pm. At around 8:20 they started cleaning up, and the smell of the cleaning detergent was pretty intense. Not the best experience overall.

My cousin and I came here for dinner on a Friday evening and we were so impressed with the service and quality of food. Everything tasted so delicious! We ordered one of the sushi boats with maki, sushi and sashimi and we were able to upgrade one of the sushi rolls. We ended up replacing the California roll with what the server recommended. I think she had recommended the Bolton roll? If I’m not mistaken. They just charge you the difference of the roll. The restaurant itself is very cozy, well-kept and clean. We ended up more food than we could eat and took the rest to go. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a sushi spot in Bolton! It’s really a hidden gem.

I was fortunate enough to have a gathering with friends here on a Friday evening. The food was delicious, the service was kind, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Listening to the sound of rain falling outside while enjoying refined sashimi paired with chilled sake created an unforgettable memory. I’m already planning my next visit.
