Mofongo: I don’t know what they call Mofongo in Puerto Rico cause in my Country It usually has Garlic on it and they usually comes acompanied with a broth and we put pork belly inside it I didn’t taste and found anything like that when I tried the one from this place and finally ordered it with churrasco wich was extremely seasoned and salty, felted like I was wasting my money there. I you don’t those ingredients in a Mofongo you’re just eating mashed plantains what whe call Mangu in my country Dominican Republic.

I’m a barber who works in the area and I’ve tried a lot of different restaurants/ food trucks and I have to say this is by far the best spot in general I’ve eaten from yet!! The food is BUSSIN (amazing)!! It was a nice sunny day and the mango frappe complemented it nicely. Lol Honestly made me want to call out and hit the beach. The customer service is not only welcoming but it makes you feel like family! I’ve been two days in a row and I’m sure I’ll be back tomorrow!!!

If the dazzling marketing on the side of the truck does not get you, then the food certainly will. I’m not an expert on mofongo. Actually, I don’t know what it is. I managed to somehow not order it on my first visit and will have to come back and try it. I did get a skirt steak with rice. It was recommended by a kind and patient employee (thank you sir). Definitely worth the $14. Portion size was perfect. There’s not a lot of parking here, but I think you could park down the residential street if you had to. It’s probably good business for the gas station here as well. I saw people getting gas and lunch all at once.

Some of the best fried pork I’ve had! They did a great job of not drying it out, it was most and the mofongo was good. I want the biggest fan of the salad under the hot items, it wilted. But we all know you don’t get cerdo y mofongo for the salad.
There was a 20+ minute wait for to-go so you need to plan for that.

Excellent food truck that serves Puerto Rican cuisine. The alcapurrias are delicious and so are the empandillas. We stop whenever it is open. Get there early, because they run out of food options late in the day. It takes them about 10 to 15 minutes to prepare your order, because they cook on demand. The couple that run it are really nice and friendly. They offer mofongo too.

Mofongo de pollo was so good! But rathered it be pork, perhaps next visit…(has more like a Mangu texture.) Alcapurrias were just the way should be, flavorful. Definitely a place to go for a quick bite, Lunch or Dinner.

The beef empanada meat was absolutely dry , no color/sazon added and very salty. It appeared as if the meat was boiled in salty water and than placed straight in the pastry disc for frying .The Churrasco meat in the burrito was the same plain and salty.
