I love this place, my family has been coming here for years. For an American breakfast restaurant, they have some pretty good Mexican selections too. I got the chilequeles and they were delicious! The country fried steak was crispy and our server was on top of our coffee; she made sure our coffee never ran below halfway our mugs. Bubba’s will always hold a special place in my heart, our family has made some nice memories here & I plan to make more in the future as well!

I am so loving Bubba’s. The chicken fried steak and eggs with sourdough toast is amazing. The country ham is good too. Portion sizes are generous. Prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome.

My server was Nina and honestly she was probably the best server ive ever had. Naturally sweet, constantly checking on us, saying all the right things, and a beautiful smile as well. Made conversation with us. Just overall the experience was so good because of her. The food was equally just as amazing.

Stopped in to grab breakfast with my oldest before school. This is going to sound weird but I swear it smells like 1978 in there! The decor and set up was a hard core flash back to the days of the hometown diner and for this reason alone – go check it out. I mean everything down to the coffee cups was a time warp! The food was – mostly ok. My eggs were perfect, bacon was thin but crispy, biscuits and gravy were not good at all. My daughter ordered the breakfast burrito which was the best thing on the table, but her beans came from a can and weren’t completely warmed up and her potatoes were just undercooked – disappointing. I’ve been driving past this place since we moved here and I was so excited to have the chance to go. I won’t go back but I’m glad I went.

I’ve been eating Mostly Breakfast here for several years now. I usually stop in after my Dr. Visits and have a Great Breakfast, although we have also stopped in for lunch and enjoyed it as well. I highly recommend Bubba’s.

I couldn’t believe how fancy the Chilaquiles were! The cook made an awesome rose out of thinly sliced avocado, and it was just beautiful on top of the Chilaquiles! The dish included sliced cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced purple onion, sour cream, and Mexican cheese. It was very nicely put together! And Claudia was our excellent waitress!
