I frequent this Location several times a week and I usually don’t have a problem. I’m leaving a Google review because I was not offered my receipt.
Today, I’m leaving this review because I think that either someone purposefully put a chemical in my drink or that somehow, a chemical accidentally ended up in my drink.
I got the medium decaf, hot white chocolate latte. It’s something I get quite a bit and today, it has a distinct chemical taste, and I cannot drink it. On top of that, I’ve got a burn in my esophagus that is definitely not from the coffee and now I’m starting to get a headache so I really do think there’s a chemical in this coffee.
The employee working there at 12:24 PM today was not friendly, she didn’t say hi or thank you or please or anything that you would expect from someone working in a customer service job. she barely acknowledged me at the window. I had to remind her that the drink was supposed to be hot and decaf so she did have to remake the original drink. For this reason, I won’t be going back to her today to ask her to remake it.
Her manager who works in the morning, is outrageously friendly and always awesome to see when I go there! The next time I see her, I will be providing this feedback to her along with the cup. I think that the substance in the cup needs to be tested. I will also be requesting that she review the video footage to see if something was added to my drink.
Nobody wants to work the day before Christmas and I get that she probably does not want to be there, but I also had to work today and I didn’t treat anyone like this.
Long story short, do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts in the afternoon. The morning staff is incredible and I get nothing but amazing service from them! Only go in the morning, and if you think your drink tastes off, do not drink it.

Well I bet I know the next company that is going to go under. If all or any Dunkin’ Donuts are like this one, say good bye! Gross donuts & coffee (mix) Sandwhich was cold and gross and the hashbrowns were very cold. I would give it a NEGATIVE ⭐️ but I can’t, $34.89 dollars down the drain

25 munchkins an order of hashbrown which is apparently just 4 that were cold and soggy with a breakfast sandwich that was stone cold in the middle for $18. How can the hash browns be in that state? The sandwich had to be a microwave situation gone wrong. I grew up on DD but I dont think I will ever go back. Noone wants to feel like they got took, they definitely got me. Also on a side note, the whole cashier sort of holding the card reader out so you can scan your card is awkward. Just saying.

Coffee and donuts are good, but the service is horrible. Every time I go there, the clerk’s always ask, “what donut did you order again?” And then after that, they give me the wrong order after I just literally told them! I don’t think I’m gonna go there much anymore.

We made a mobile order at 4:30pm to pickup for our family Christmas night. We picked out our desired donuts from the available selection and paid for our order. We ended up with some changes to our plans that made this location no longer ideal, but we had placed the order and paid for it, so we made our way to the location. Pull up to the drive thru and tell them we are there to pick up the mobile order ‘only to be told they are out of donuts for our order and they’ll have to give us a refund. This was over 3 hours after we placed the order. Why they don’t fill the order and set it aside is beyond me. Waste of our time! Our tradition is Krispy Kreme, but they have had limited selections, but we ended up back there anyway because Dunkin failed on a whole other level.

We placed an order through the Dunkin’ app and picked it up in the drive-thru. When we got home, we realized the order was incorrect, so we went back to the store to have it corrected.
When we explained the issue, the employee asked “What’s wrong with it “ We told them what we had ordered versus what we received. To our surprise, one of the employees took the wrong donuts out of our box and put them back in the case with the other donuts – which is completely unsanitary.
I was shocked and asked for a refund. Another employee came over, and we explained the situation again, including that no one had apologized for the mistake. We were refunded, but the lack of professionalism and food safety was very disappointing.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ exclusively for over 3 years. I started because they were cheaper for the same sized options offered at other competitors back then like Star Bucks and Scooters. It’s still generally cheaper, but I’ve kept coming back and stuck with them because the staff here are incredible. I can’t think of one time I’ve come inside for my weird syrup flavor combos, whether it’s 5 minutes after they’ve opened or just before they close, where they had anything on but a smile. They always greet me, ask how I’m doing, chat with me if it’s relaxed enough in the drive-thru, and seem to enjoy what they do. On top of all that, they never take more time than I see as necessary for any of my orders. It gets busy during certain times of a late morning or early afternoon, but they still bust it down and get it done in a timely fashion.
Every job has its plunders, but a barista around here isn’t exactly an easy thing to take on. For having a smile on always despite how many rude and distasteful customers you must get, with being a place to go when someone craves sugar and caffeine bad before they try to avoid traffic, I applaud all of you.

I’m homeless I’ve been homeless since 2020 I’ve gone into this dunkin’ donuts more than six times I’ve been met with nothing but disrespect I’ve been met with nothing but attitude today and nobody wants to help a homeless person so I tell you this everybody that has an extra dollar everybody that has an extra $0.50 Make sure you give it to a homeless person because this Dunkin donuts don’t care they just want somebody that’s going to rival Starbucks McDonald’s but I go right down the street to McDonald’s and get something for free just by asking I can go to any place around Shawnee Kansas and get something for free but this dunkin’ donuts visit there’s an employee by the name of white I believe he has it in for me because I show him respect and all he wants is disrespect then he has an attitude when I show ain’t disrespect what I don’t understand it so all of you that go to dunkin’ donuts with your 3.8 percentage on your stars or your or your or your love and ain’t right you don’t turn down a homeless person who ain’t ate in a couple days

I’ve been trying to make contact by phone with this store. I placed a mobile walk-in order. I ordered the sour dough sandwich with turkey sausage and added tomatoes. This sandwich cost almost $7. What I received was a sandwich with bacon. I do not eat pork and I had to give my sandwich away. Read the label on the top of the box.

This location has an unusual drive thru where you go through the drive thru that’s shared with a cleaners and around the building. But the service is good and the coffee is hot, and that’s all that matters. Though I do wish they had an updated drive thru screen that shows your order for accuracy.
