During my experience I went through the drive through. The employees didn’t give me some of the things I ordered and some of the other food in my order was incorrect. I ordered chocolate milk for my children and when they drank it the milk was clumpy and it smelled spoiled. The woman who took my order was nice.

Tried the new cheesesteak sandwich and it was really good! The steak is very tender and I love the flavor of the garlic sauce. Sandwich is definitely a little messy, but that isn’t a negative thing in my book. Customer service was really nice.

I just went through the drive thru. Madeline, I believe was her name, was super friendly. This is my 2nd time going through the drive thru at this location and they are always friendly, fast, and the food is hot and correct to order. Not enough people leave good reviews, so here’s mine!

I ordered online. It said to pick my food up in 5 mins. I went to drive thru and she said it’s not ready yet and told me where to park. 25 more minutes go by and no food so I go inside. Then one man didn’t even reply to me and a young woman going to look at me and say “online orders sit here” and points to cold food with no drinks. I had to ask for drinks, sauce, and forks. Why tell me to park and never bring my food like I can read minds? 30 mins and 40 dollars wasted!
Also let’s talk about the $4 BURNT mac bites!

Requested the cheaper swiss INSTEAD of the big eye swiss. They charged me to add swiss. When questioned as to why I was charged the response was a shoulder shrug and “I dont know its just what the computer does.” The receipt on the bag showed I was charged to ADD cheese. So in essence the computer did what it was told. I cant wait until ordering systems are automated. Aside from that, when I examined my sandwich to confirm that cheese hadnt been added and was substituted I found that not only was I over charged but was also shorted on the bacon.(see pic) There is way too much competition in that area for this kind of behavior. It wad late at night and I was unable to speak with a manager.
