It was my first time coming here. It’s quite far from South Virginia, but I had a great experience. At first, I tried to order online because I saw a good deal, but it didn’t work, and the app said the Thanksgiving seasonal items were sold out. I didn’t expect anything, but when I arrived at the store, I was able to buy the set and 12 original glazed doughnuts. The price was amazing.
Thank God, and thank you to the staff for working hard to make such delicious treats and for the great service. Thank you, Krispy Kreme, for opening a location in this city. Thank you, Thanksgiving.

Service is good. Just sucks they sell you day old donuts. I figured if you go early that you would get fresh glazed donuts instead the give you old donuts. Not the first time either. Everytime I get glazed theyre old and gross, never are they fresh.

I’m not sure why people are complaining on here so much, I had such a good experience here.
The customer service was amazing, and best of all is they use the Too Good To Go app which gives shoppers a “surprise bag” of goodies for a reduced price!
Only thing was it was hard to find, but as long as you find the Chase bank, you should be directly in front of it.

We got the Harry Potter Donuts. We were helped by a gentleman. They were tastey and he had good customer service. They didnt have the hufflepuff donuts. He gave us others to replace them after asking us if that was okay. He accidently charged us for an extra sorting hat, honest mistake. They made it right. Thank you for serving us!

I ordered online and paid 4 hours in advance for the Valentines special, to ensure my order would be ready at pickup time. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it wasn’t ready and the explanation that I got was that they have been busy with lots of people coming in and buying them all up. At no point during the 4 hour duration, did they think to set my paid order aside so that it would be ready when I got there. This was frustrating, especially since I planned ahead as I live 3 hours away and was very excited to get these donuts for my children as a surprise..They offered me different donuts, however I opted for a refund as I specifically wanted the valentines ones for my kids. I hope this does not happen to anyone else that orders online and pays in advance. I felt as though my order never mattered and was never a priority to them. I will not ever go back there. That is not how you treat your customers. I hope the business improves their order management.

I went in to get me some soft fresh doughnuts. I love Krispy Kreme so much that have all different kinds of doughnuts for a great price. Went in 11-3-25 that had a special buy 1 dozen get 1 free dozen of glazed doughnuts. That is a great deal if you ask me.

Went to the drive-through at 6:30 at night and was informed after sitting there and made to wait for 7 Minutes that they are completely out of their glazed donuts, I mean the product that made the franchise popular and is the staple they couldn’t have some common courtesy to let us know that “we’re out of the original glazed donut” which I don’t understand how that happens at Krispy Kreme doughnuts, which that’s what you’re famous for

The customer service reps were very friendly and quick with getting my order. Very kind in listening to me and welcoming me into the store. My first time at this Krispy Kreme. I’m from South Carolina, so I’m used to the deliciousness . Wish there was one closer to me in the midtown area of Reno. Brought the donut holes for my coworkers at the VA hospital. Brought 48 donut holes and they are gone before I could get a good pic.

I hadn’t had one since they moved into our area 20+ yrs ago. I remember they were next level, Really yummy. We picked out a dozen & went home. The donuts didn’t seem same day fresh & the fillings were almost nonexistent. I was very disappointed! I won’t go back!
