Whomever the little girl is taking orders on Christmas Day…. Very, very rude. The hostility in her voice is unnerving. Doesn’t need to be scheduled for a holiday shift if she can’t be kind. Lots of people are coming to eat or drink at this establishment because they have nowhere to go or nothing for the holidays… and to be greeted and talked to like she did…. She needs to be in the background. Not customer facing at all…. She is awful. Do better Starbucks.

Yesterday I was treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked for a simple mocha frappe with chocolate chips added, the young Barnstable at the windows rudely said we dont have chocolate chips here, I said ive had them before…she said well, we have frappe chips, not chocolate, I asked if they were made of chocolate , when I went to obtain my drink from the windows she said “there”…today I waited for 30 minutes before I reached the windows from ordering in the drive thru

We were asked to sit all the way through the drive thru WITHOUT receiving our drinks at the window because 3 drinks is too many for mobile order in the drive thru????
We then had to park and go inside and ask for our drinks which were sitting at the drive thru window.
Never had this issue at other locations which is why I think this is worth mentioning. I wasted so much time and was so embarrassed.
Update: I understand this is probably a corporate decision and not this actual location‘s fault. But I was still disappointed.

Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks.
For two days in a row, I have been treated rudely and disrespectfully by the baristas. I’m visiting the area on vacation and usually stop by for my latte, but the staff has been mocking and unprofessional. There is absolutely no reason to treat customers this way.
This kind of behavior completely damages the brand’s image. I truly hope management looks into what’s happening at this location, because the atmosphere is uncomfortable and unfriendly, and no one deserves to be treated like that.

Staying in Folly Beach and this is the closest Starbucks. It was a Sunday morning and the drive-thru was insane. We went inside to order. Great seating spaces. Staff was old school Starbucks style—great, great customer service. Oh….and Cinnamon Dolce Latte is BACK!!!!!!!!!

By far the WORST Starbucks I have been too. On multiple occasions I have been disappointed with this location but today was the icing on the cake. Placed a mobile order 15 min prior to arriving – order not ready when I arrived. Okay. I stood there for a few minutes. Couple next to me states they have been waiting for a while as well for a simple drink. 1 female worker looks at us and goes “they’re going to have to wait” lol okay. I eventually ask for my drink as I had to go to work. Ordered a grande latte and my cup was half full. I understand being busy (then again not really because it was 6:30 pm) but professionalism goes a long way. Needless to say , I will not be back to this location.

Staffs are attentive and really make an effort to accomplished orders fast. Timely and accurate. However, the store should have sugar/creamer in the self service counter just like other Starbucks branch. Overall, satisfied with the new drinks hot Apple oatmeal macchiato.

The worst designed drive thru that I’ve ever seen. Don’t visit unless you plan on obstructing traffic or parking on the sidewalk. I’m a huge fan of ordering online but you can’t even get a spot to park to quickly grab your order unless you enjoy the frustrating experience of inching through a poorly designed parking lot. This place clearly wasn’t meant to be as busy as it is which is truly a shame for James Islanders. The designers and management staff should visit Chick-Fil-a caddie corner to this location and spend about 5 minutes during the morning rush to get an idea of how to make some much needed improvements. Huge fan of the company but really just don’t understand how they messed up in what seems to be a wonderful location.
